Scam website! Sent a dress to my mom with make up stains over it, my mom doesn’t wear make up. Stated if we paid for delivery to send back they would refund and reimburse, constantly went back and forth with them sent the dress back and then was told they wouldn’t refund delivery as they wouldn’t have sent the dress out like that. Absolute joke, the customer service is so unprofessional not sure how they are still in business. Clothes are also over priced and cheap quality!

Please do not waste your money here. You will receive cheap, faulty garments and be denied a proper refund. I have been emailing back and forth with this brand for several months. The item I received was ill-fitting and had a faulty zip.

I was initially told that I could only receive a refund in the form of store credit. I clearly stated my consumer rights and even provided a video showing the faulty zip, yet this was still rejected. After multiple emails, I was instructed to return the jumpsuit so it could be “inspected.” I did so and received no response. After chasing the matter, I was eventually told the garment was not faulty and was issued a gift card instead.

This feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid issuing legitimate refunds and to take customers’ hard-earned money.

You would expect a brand to care about its reputation and customers, but after reading other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

I ordered a dress on sale from this company which didn’t meet my expectations based on the product details. For context, the model shown is 5’9; I am 5’3, yet the dress was significantly shorter on me.

I exercised my statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, requested a refund to the original payment method, and returned the item.

Despite this, I was told on three separate occasions that only an exchange or store credit would be offered. A refund was refused, even after I explicitly referenced my statutory cancellation rights.

Online purchases in the UK are protected under distance selling regulations, which provide consumers with a 14-day cooling-off period. A retailer’s terms and conditions do not override statutory rights. Nevertheless, a refund to the original payment method was not issued in this case.

I ultimately had to involve my bank. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

It is concerning that a UK-based retailer declined to honour statutory cancellation rights and instead relied on their T&Cs.

I don't know where all this reviews are comung from, I Love Mistress Rocks, honestly...everything that I ever bought from them looks exactly the same how it looks in the pictures on their website, the one thing that actually wasn't the same was a dress that a bit big in the back, but probably because on the model, like her bust was much bigger than mine, so I think that's why, but other than that...I never had any issues, and the quality is good, and the packaging also, so beautiful...i've only had good experiences with the orders...
P.S. I have some dresses that are maybe like 3 years older, and still in a beautiful shape, so the material is not bad at all!

The materials are terrible. We bought a skirt made of vegan material, and when we tried to try it on, it broke completely. We requested an exchange for another garment, and they sent the same item again, which had the same problem: "poor quality."

Avoid - trust me. Would give 0 if I could. Customer service is awful - I've been disputing a refund that has been outstanding for months. I made a return to the return address that was provided on the form enclosed within the package they sent me only to tell me that they changed it in the meantime and now they are refusing to issue my refund despite me showing proof of return. AVOID!!! This brand is no more than an instagram gimmick.

HORRENDOUS! Don’t even bother shopping with these people, they have the worst customer service I have ever received. DO NOT waste your time or money.

Literally the worst company ever! Bought a co ord and the zip was broken before I had even left the house.

Took it in store to receive a new item or refund and was told to contact customer service who were absolutely useless.

Told me the item was not faulty when it clearly was faulty.

They sent me back the item still broken and told me there was nothing wrong with it.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!

The WORST customer service! They are happy to respond and let me know I will need to spend more money in order for them to process my exchange. However, when it came to processing this and communicating with me unfortunately all correspondence on their part stopped and I was left chasing them for days. DO NOT order for this company unless you are prepared to waste money and be disappointed.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Their customer service suggested a small for a dress based on my exact measurements. When I recieved it was too small for me to even zip. I returned it paying a $16 return fee. They then told me I could only get store credit despite the dress never being worn. The store credit was not even for the full amount of paid. Costumer service refuses to respond. quality was extremely subpar. Literally consistently have better luck with SHEIN. I hope this company goes out of business.

I ordered an outfit from themselves in the Black Friday sales. Unfortunately the top didn’t fit and they only offered an exchange process so I sent it back first class recorded as they ask for, for the top to be sent it a bigger size. Nearly 2 weeks later I am awaiting to receive my top. It states online the exchange process can take 5-7 working days which I accepted and sent the top back as I was needing it for an event and believed I had enough time to receive the item. I was totally wrong I’m still sat here to this day awaiting the top, I understand it’s the festive period but where are they shipping these clothes from china? Really disappointed because they have some lovely clothes and items on there but will refuse to shop there now.

My product was faulty and they refused to refund me, which is actually illegal. I cannot believe this company falls under House of CB. Their staff need training and they don’t escalate with a manager, even when asked. An absolute disgrace of a company.

I ordered a corset, wore it once and it snapped during the first wear. I emailed them and they said to send it back for inspection. I paid for the return and they received it a few days later. I waited weeks for them to respond and tell me what happens next but they sent nothing so I had to get in touch with them. They basically told me they cannot offer a refund however that “on this occasion” they will send a replacement top as if doing so is a one off gesture of goodwill rather than something they are obligated to do as they sold me a defected product as per Consumer Rights Act 2015. They keep insisting that this is because they can’t refund worn products, which is understandable if i had worn the top and simply decided i no longer wanted it. However it literally broke after wearing it for a few hours. They are an absolute disgrace of a company, selling clothes for £50+ and manufacturing them to such a shocking standard and then not providing a decent level of service when something goes wrong.

I ordered a dress from this company sometime in September. UK Delivery was quick. Packaging was so cute but the dress itself was a complete miss. The quality was poor especially considering how expensive it was. Anyway i returned it and when i say that refund took a minute to come back i ein playing!!! About six emails later... i finally got my refund. It's been almost four weeks chasing it up.

Tried to refund as the item wasn’t suitable all tags and labels still on haven’t been worn. Returned item which I had to pay for the dress worth 120 pounds inclu delivery. Still haven’t received refund and it’s been over three weeks. Will never order from this site agai

Please listen to the many negative reviews. The quality of clothes are abysmal! One item I ordered was damaged, when I informed the customer service team of this damage they requested I return the item to them. About a week or so after returning the item to them, I had the item redelivered to me. Mistress rocks refused to accept the return as they claimed the item had been worn, even though it had not. It is apparent Mistress Rocks shifts responsibility of issues caused by themselves onto the customer rather than acknowledging and addressing the manufacturing issues at hand. There was a massive lack of accountability for delivering a faulty product. I will never been ordering from this site again and I advise you to do the same!

They sent the items after two weeks, both tops felt cheap and bad quality. Then when trying to return them, there is no information about returns online - just warnings about their huge list of reasons they won't accept returns. I couldn't find a returns address anywhere. Terrible experience.

Bought a couple of items for my wife and they have yet to be delivered almost a month later. Heard nothing from their customer services and they are continually posting on Instagram which is very irritating. Hope no one else gets scammed. I now have to get my credit card company to sort a refund…

I ordered a corset top - an order which cost me £50+. I was unable to wear the top as it has obviously already been worn it was badly scuffed on the front and had loose threads hanging off it. It also absolutely stunk. It smelt of body odor which they had obviously tried to mask by applying lots of strong perfume to it which really made me feel ill when I opened it - I had to open the windows in my house to get rid of the smell it was that strong. Now when I'm trying to return the top I haven't heard anything back from customer service of how to do so. Do not buy from this company - I thought it would be fine as I have ordered from House Of CB many times with no problems but this is not the same just the same pricing.

The hardest and longest return process I have ever dealt with. Sent my package exactly as I have many other times to other businesses, only to have no contact for over 2 weeks about if my package had arrived (which was being sent within the same state). At this stage I had lost my tracking because I didn’t expect I’d need it as I never have before. I contact them to ask if they got my package which had my full name and the item with a literal slip that would tell them it’s my order and why it’s returned. They tell me they can’t confirm they have received it without tracking and recommended I wait to see if it’s just been delayed. So I waited another 2 weeks and again, nothing. Contact them once more and they claim they hadn’t received anything and won’t do further investigation on their part and for me to contact my post office. So then I go through the trouble of retrieving my tracking which is another week or 2 with the post office and finally retrieve it and provide it. The only email I get after this from them is an email with my refund… clearly had it the whole time and someone on their end messed up ensuring that it had been received. No apology or anything from them even after I expressed my disappointment directly. Rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
