When I placed my original order I screwed up and accidentally duplicated and made 2 orders. I emailed with the order numbers and they promptly replied and fixed my order.

And GF loved what I chose and looks great in it.

Good product and customer service....a rare find these days.

Great product, soft and sexy. Fine customer service just a little slow. But probably slow because I was messaging from the wrong email.

I messed up my order and the customer service team helped me within 15 minutes and got the order corrected and the gift came in time for Christmas- my wife loved it!

Great product and my girlfriend loved it!

I bought my girlfriend a set for xmas 2023. She loved how they fit and how soft they are. They fit snug with a lot of stretch. Customer service was amazing, international tracking was accurate and shipping was quick.

The product was amazing. My wife loved it. Accidentally ordered twice. I emailed them and they responded quickly and refunded me. Great experience. Will be ordering again!

Purchase an item for a Christmas gift that unfortunately got lost in the mail. Christine was great and got me a replacement shipped to my address in Los Angeles within 5 days. Great customer service.

The wife is really happy with her 4 piece set. Customer service was great too! 👍

Easy to deal with, checked up to make sure I got the order and a awesome product

My partner ordered from Miss Cosy and I'm so happy. The knit set is so beautiful and true to size. The material is thick and such high quality I was so surprised. I love my knit set.

Got the shorts and top set in gray and rose for my wife for Christmas. They fit perfectly, and she loves how they feel on her. She looks amazing in them, and now her favorite pajamas.

Very good quality for the price , sizing runs true.

Amazing customer service support. I used Apple Pay to check out quickly and it inadvertently selected my old home address. I realized my mistake when I checked the confirmation email. There was a link to contact customer service, I let them know about the address and they emailed back and fixed it right away. package arrived within two weeks. super helpful quick response

The shorts and top look and feel great.
My wife loves them and so do I.
They were delivered on time and the company followed up to make sure they were just right. I ordered the wrong colour and it was easy to cancel my order.

First off, I got the clothing for my wife and she loved it and she looked great in it. The sizes were dead on. But the best part was the service. They are very friendly and fast to respond. I recommend their products and I recommend the company.

Quick responses and product as advertised.

Awesome customer service! Great product

My order was delivered. Package was in good shape, and the contents of the order was intact, neatly packaged and complete. There was a day shipping delay and I was nervous, but Christine was very reassuring, helpful and very patient in her emails to me. I would order again.👍🏼Thanks MISSCOSY.
