I have bought a number of rugs (change of decor rather than the product diminishing) and I go back because of the range of styles, quality of their product, prompt delivery and personable customer service.

Company said it would be a 3month wait for our rug AFTER we already ordered. Once the 3 month mark hit and we hadn’t heard anything we reached out again, being promised it would take 1 more month. We waited, again we reached out to them once another month went past. Turns out our rug was never on the way. Terrible communication from them, they never reached out to us.

I hesitated on purchasing for weeks and then decided on one for my sons and one for my daughter’s room! They arrived so quickly despite one being a preorder. The quality is fantastic which I was honestly surprised being a first time purchaser. They are the washable range and yet still thick, soft, and feel luxurious to sit, lay, stand on!

Exceptional customer service
I had a few questions about a floor rug and emailed Miss Amara for more info. They responded really quickly, were super helpful, and so kind throughout the whole process. Their customer service was amazing, and they made it easy to find exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a new rug!

Amazing, personal service from Fern! She suggested alternatives when the rugs I wanted weren't available and provided additional information around the order and dispatch process and how to keep the rugs in good condition. Looking forward to receiving my rug and hopefully buying more when they're back in stock. Highly recommend based on the service so far.

I purchased a rug on clearance and loved it so much I wanted another. It was no longer at the price I purchased but an absolute Angel of a representative was kind enough to get me another rug at clearance price. It was really generous of the company…add this to an incredible product + fast delivery + top notch customer service and I’d have to say Miss Amara has produced one of the best online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Do not order if you’re in NZ
Do not order if you’re in NZ - my rug got stuck at customs and I had to fill out an importers document as well as pay duty and tax to get it here (as over $1000) - fedex reached out to Miss Amara and got no response - the response I got was ‘we’re sorting it’ (when they didn’t) - still trying to resolve it and meanwhile $1200 out of pocket and no rug - BEWARE!!!
