Great price great quality and customer service

The delivery communication was excellent and they were very careful with goods.
The internal staff didn't know anything about the product we were buying and couldn't ansawer our questions.
The showroom was great and easy to find what wrre looking for.

Last time we purchased we were going to take the flooring with us as we were visiting in Auckland and had a trailer. They said it was free shipping and could be delivered within a week, my husband thought that would be less stress then taking ourselves. Took them nearly 3 months to get to us many many excuses. Took the chance and bought an oven, it’s just been extended the estimated delivery time 2 weeks in a row . Not even scheduled for delivery. Good luck getting any help from them on the phone. Won’t be fooled a third time!

The Driver called me before 6am and delivered my parcel to the wrong house and immediately didn't show any sign that he does care. The driver didn't pick up my item from the wrong house immediately. Shows they dont care at all.

No one takes noticed when their customer complaints.

Orders not delivered or not complete. Queries met with assurances but no follow through. Phones too busy to talk to real people. Emails detailing problems ignored. Invoice sent for item not ordered or delivered -presumably a very confused system.

A real pain. Won't dare use their freighting system again

TRADE DEPOT HAS TO BE THE MOST APALLING BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. IT TOOK OVER A MONTH FOR THEM TO DELIVER THE DRIER THAT I HAD ORDERED. ORDERED MARCH 12TH 2026, ARRIVED APRIL 15TH 2026. THEY PROMISED SAME WEEK DELIVERY TO HAWKES BAY. I CALLED EVERY FEW DAYS AFTER THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY TIMEFRAME, AND ALL CS AGENTS BLAMED IT ON SHIPPING DELAYS. I SPEAK TO THE WAREHOUSE DISPATCH TEAM AND THEY ADVISED THEY COULDNT FIND MY DRIER. TO MAKE IT WORSE, I HAD TWO FRIENDS IN HAWKES BAY THAT ALSO PURCHASED A DRIER, AND BOTH WERE DELIOVERED WITHIN THE WEEK. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, THE DRIVER IGNORED MY DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS TO LEAVE IT AT THE BACK DOOR UNDER SHELTER, I COME HOME TO FIND IT ON MY FRONT DOORSTEP FOR THE WORLD TO SEE IN THE POURING RAIN. IF I COULD LEAVE A NO STAR REVIEW I WOULD. NOT A SINGLE STAFF MEMBER WAS HELPFUL IN MY EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER BE USING TRADE DEPOT AGAIN.

Got what I wanted and at a very reasonable price. Quick processing of order and fast delivery by Castle Parcels.

I purchased a fridge, washing machine, and air fryer from Trade Depot and had a mixed experience. While all products arrived with some damage, the delivery driver promptly replaced the damaged fridge. However, after my washing machine was delivered damaged, it took two business days for them to remove it. It has now been over five business days, and I still have not received my refund. The chat support was helpful, particularly an agent named Praise, but Trade Depot could improve its delivery process and customer complaint resolution. Overall, the budget-friendly prices likely reflect the trade-off in service quality.

Great service .I purchased online , item was invoiced almost immediately and arrived ved 3 days later. Got a text with a map saying exactly where the driver was so I knew when to expect them. Delivery driver was very friendly and delivered item with professional service. Definitely recommend
