Unfortunately it was the worst quality and tailoring I've ever bought. Half of the embellishments fell off and I haven't even worn it.

Mishuuu has great selections and everything was shipped on time. The outfits look exactly like the pictures!

Beautiful saree. Quick shipping and constant updates. Blouse run a little big but can be altered. Love the ease of shopping and quick delivery.

I ordered 3 suits I am very pleased with them the sizes come up abit smaller than other brands but there is room to make them bigger well stitched and the material is very nice

This is a beautiful piece with the top being very detailed and embroidered, but comfortable to wear. The whole ensemble is lined and flowing.
The only downside is the zip on the top is difficult to pull and stitching is coming loose resulting in holes ( not great if you’re not wearing a bra as the top is stitched with cups) I managed to notice this before going out and rectified it.

Very quick delivery and the quality is really good

There was stain on the right shoulder. Also didnt like the fabric. But the work on the dress was very good and it was great to have them at the back too.

Very well made good material and exactly how it is showing online. Very pleased with it and also fast and reliable delivery. They have amazing choices and will definitely be ordering again in bulk.

The outfit looked beautiful, but I was very disappointed with the blouse. The finishing was rough and it scratched my skin while wearing it. I contacted customer service and explained the issue. They offered a partial refund, which I appreciate, but I don’t feel it fully reflects the discomfort and poor finishing of the product.

I hope they improve their quality control and finishing in the future. Overall, I’m disappointed with the product quality.

**UPDATE** AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
They are refusing to refund her in full and only offering her a store credit once she returns the lehenga when it finally arrives (way after it was paid to arrive with expedited shipping). A store credit is beyond useless to us. This is not something we wear and only are wearing it because she is attending an Indian wedding as a guest. Not something we need after this event has ended. Beyond disgusting customer service from their online store and ZERO accountability for their mess up in dispatching and shipping the order.**

My daughter ordered a lehenga for a wedding reception tomorrow and paid for expedited shipping in order to have it arrive in time. Website stated shipped within 24 hours (it clearly was not as she did not receive tracking until today, over a week after the order was placed, order was placed August 27), and now it states that the lehenga will not be delivered until the 8th, it was supposed to be delivered by the 4th at the latest as per time of order. It was not even dispatched until the 1st and not shipped until the 3rd (all of this despite paying extra for expedited shipping).

So now here we are without a lehenga for the wedding reception the day before leaving us to purchase something different last minute, and have a lehenga arriving that will never be worn. We do not attend events of this culture aside from this, so have zero use to wear one again. To say we are disgusted with the customer service received is an understatement. Fingers crossed she will be able to return it for a full refund whenever it does arrive as a store credit or whatever is useless to us. And the expedited shipping should have been returned as soon as they didn’t follow through with it. I do not recommend purchasing online from this company at all and their online customer service requires a serious overhaul, telling us to please wait for it to arrive and sorry for the inconvenience. We now don’t need it to arrive as it was a pointless purchase at this point with the event being tomorrow, and the inconvenience…it’s beyond an inconvenience as we now have to go spend more money to have something for an event tomorrow. Disgusting.

This is my second purchase and it was as amazing like the first purchase!! I’m going to continue buying from them ❤️

I’m in awe how incredible Mishuuu was in terms of quick shipping, quality, and customer service. I will definitely be ordering again for truly any occasion because the quality was just that good.

I spent £245 on an outfit from Mishuuu and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

The outfit ripped in multiple places while I was wearing it under normal use, and the corset wire/boning started protruding from the garment. I contacted Mishuuu to explain the issue and requested a refund.

Mishuuu refused, stating that more than 30 days had passed and that the issue had not been reported within their timeframe. They have maintained that position despite me explaining that I am reporting a defect with the item, rather than making a change-of-mind return.

I have photographs of the damage and have kept all correspondence with the company.

I am now taking the matter to my card provider to see whether the transaction can be resolved.

Very easy to order and complete checkout, timely shipping and great quality outfit, will definitely order from mishuu again

Easy to use site, navigate, and order. Amazing customer service and fast delivery time. Good quality clothing with sizes that are as described. Would buy again. Off smell when first received but easily fixed by putting in the sun. Will need to tailor tops slightly but for price and quality I’m very happy.

Received my order today and it is beautiful, as described. Impressed with quick deliver, within 1 week
