So far the experience has been great
So far the experience has been great. Bought two pre-draped saris and they are beautiful. Material is really nice. Blouses are little big and tough I got Size S and Sari is long and will have to get that altered.

The overall quality of the outfit is good, but I was disappointed with the color discrepancy between the pictured outfit and what actually was delivered. That being said, it is still a nice outfit.

The outfits were same as advertised
The outfits were same as advertised, and the fit was just right. The skirt length was too long, I would have to use the chart for my next purchase.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Item had an embellished stone missing in the front centre and another placed in a skewed position. Contacted customer service and they claimed that the outfit would have been damaged in transit. Unlikely that a stone was glued on skewed in transit. Order was shipped from India but I was asked to return it to Canada. I was offered a measly 5% refund as “goodwill”. I was told I will only get store credit not a refund. The cost of shipping to Canada would be 1/3 of the cost of the outfit. I don’t want store credit as I don’t trust the quality of their products. Extremely disappointed. Buyer beware!

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how disappointing this must have been.
This is not the experience we want any Mishuuu customer to have. Our team is currently looking into your case in detail, including the concerns you raised about the missing stone, placement of the embellishment, and the return resolution offered to you.
Someone from our customer support team will be reaching out to you directly shortly so we can review this properly and work toward a resolution.
We sincerely apologize again for the frustration and inconvenience caused.
Love
I had gotten a tariff charge after speaking to the people at Mishuu, I learned that they actually refund you the tariff charge for US customs. This is a great company, and I will continue to buy more products from them. The saree is beautiful, slightly big, but perfect otherwise.

5 stars from me!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Such a lovely experience with Mishuuu! I ordered quite last minute for an event and was worried about whether my outfit would arrive in time, but the team were so kind, helpful and reassuring throughout. They kept me updated and really did everything they could to help, and thankfully my outfit arrived on the day of my event. I was so grateful!
The outfit itself was beautiful. The only thing I would mention is that the sizing does run quite big. I’m normally a UK 6–8 and ordered an XS, but I would say it fit more like a UK 12. Luckily, I have a tailor in the family who was able to alter it for me in time for my event, so it all worked out perfectly!
Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and especially grateful for how helpful the Mishuuu team were. I would definitely order from them again! 🤍

Unfortunately it was the worst quality and tailoring I've ever bought. Half of the embellishments fell off and I haven't even worn it.
