Good website navigation. Misahara is easy to do business with. I especially appreciated the extra help by Julia Ferro (customer service team). She figured out that this was a Christmas gift for our granddaughter, proactively reached out, and offered a nice gift-wrapping of the earrings and quick delivery. She deserves a raise!
