I have made 2 purchases with this company directly. I loved the first strap I bought. I just ordered two watch covers and two straps. The watch covers did not fit on my apple watch. One of the straps looked a bit cheap and I did not like it. The 2nd strap was too thin for me.
I tried to start a return. It was THE most difficult return I have ever had to do. It took 3 days and several emails before they would give me the address to ship the product back. (at my expense). They finally sent me the instructions after I said I was going to decline the charges on my credit card. I had to send pictures of the product and the shipping label. I order 95% of my purchases on line from various companies. I have never had this much trouble to return something. I will not be back. It's too bad because I really like the first strap I bought.

I love their products and the attentiveness when support is needed.

The agent that helped me was Maddie. I had purchased the 2 for 2 deal and one of the straps I just didn’t like the way it felt and the entire exchange process was easy clear start to finish. She followed up and kept me updated on the process.

Band broke after 7 weeks, refused to provide a refund, would only replace( at my cost for shipment), replacement arrived, strap catch broken when opened and still no refund. Do not buy from them. It is a front for a cheap Chinese company called 4PX Express co ltd. May as well buy off Temu.

I had an issue where they sent me the wrong watch strap. Within a few emails, Ron had ordered me the right one at no cost to me. He even let me keep the other one! I will definitely be purchasing again, as the straps are beautiful and customer service went above and beyond for me!

Ordered for the 1st time in 2022, and ALL 5 bands still look amazing. They are extremely reasonably priced & seem to catch the attention of many eyes. I just placed & received another order to add to my collection. I struggled to customize 1/5, and Ron responded super quick to my inquiry. Customer Service is equally important as the quality of the product for me. THANK YOU!

I am very satisfied with my purchase of two watch face frames, one in gold and one in rose gold. Ordering was easy, shipping was timely, and my items were carefully packaged. The watch face frames are sturdy and beautiful and match my watch bands perfectly.

I had a great experience with Pretty Straps! I ordered four Apple Watch straps and screen covers during a buy-one-get-one promotion, but shortly after, I saw a better deal on their Facebook page. I reached out to customer service within 24 hours, shared a screenshot, and asked if they could honor the promotion—and they absolutely did. They went above and beyond by sending me an extra strap to match the better deal.

Shipping was also quick—I ordered on Sunday and received everything by Saturday. The straps themselves are beautiful and high quality. It’s rare to find a company with both great products and such responsive, customer-first service. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

The watch bands are beautiful. The customer representative “Aeron” is great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, polite and courageous. He solve my problem very quickly. I will be doing business again and will tell all my friends.

I ordered a watch band for my wife for her birthday. About a month and a half later, she took a little bit of a fall and the latch on the band broke. I reached out to customer service to see if it was possible to send us a part to replace the broken piece, and Ron really came through for me with a full replacement of the band. We were a little outside of our 30 day window, so we were fully expecting to have to buy a new band altogether. Overall, 10/10 on the customer service. The band looks great too!

My issue was quickly cleared up. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

I’ve bought 2 watch bands one was the Key to my heart but it didn’t fit so I worked with Ron and am exchanging it for a different one. Pretty strap has such beautiful bands and covers I’m so pleased with the white leather band and the watch cover that also ordered. I’m looking forward to getting my replacement band they exchanged for the the one I sent back. Thanks again for your service Ron you are a blessing!🙏

The Apple Watch band I purchased from My Pretty Strap is awesome. Very well made and attractive. Was a bit confused as to the method to resize the bracelet, but a short, quick note to the company and Ron immediately responded with very clear instructions!
Great purchase, product and service!

I have bought multiple straps from everyday wear to date night or special event. I love every strap equally. So much that it’s hard to pick which to wear. The caps are all beautiful. Their version of the protector is awesome. I can’t wait to buy my next MyPretty Strap.

I received a watch cover that was broken in transit and it was replaced without hesitation. Excellent service always backed up with a personal email. Very happy.

Terrible product. The Pretty Straps are badly made and not comfortable to use. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone the items you received show signs of darkening, surface marks, or aged components.

For such high-priced products, I expected better customer service and free returns. I hope you can review this policy.

4 weeks for order to arrive and then the $70 watchband broke 7 weeks later, no refund or offer to fix it as it falls our of their 30 day return policy. HA! Consumer Laws make me entitled to a refund or at least the offer of a repair but nothing. They did let me know their customer support email was overwhelmed, yeah not with compliments I am guessing. DO NOT BUY their shonky products.

The I Phone protective cover broke and I cannot get anyone to help me. I'm sure there is a warranty on it. This happened in February and I just now, March 16th, found a site that may help.

I accidentally put tha wrong size for the strap I was purchasing so I reached out via email and explained to the customer service department and they got in touch with me promptly and they also corrected the size for me I am grateful that they have impeccable service
