Same as Barry Brennan......I ordered my garden furniture back in April..... I'm still waiting.

The furniture was apparently reaching UK Distributors 8th June and they should be contacting me....nothing yet.

No reply to two emails sent yesterday and today.

They do not respond to emails or contacts. They have taken money from me and will not even tell me when the furniture will be delivered. Should have been here on 5th June but no contact. I will be requesting a chargeback from my Bank.
Just seen the review from them. I'd sent them two emails which they had not responded to. Strange they jump on it when a poor review is put on Trustpilot. Obviously the best way to contact them. The upshot is I haven't got my furniture and they have taken the money
Now it has been delivered a month late and there is a part missing !!! Email sent reply saying it will be delivered. Phone call.. no reply. Email asking when missing part will ne delivered..no response. Do not order from these people

I ordered a beige garden set and have ended up with a grey one!
Also one of the cushions is a completely different colour to the rest!
Trying to get hold of someone to speak to is impossible!

Impressed by the expensive look and comfortable cushions. Took a while to put together but worth it.

We saw some nice adverts for great value garden furniture in our daily newspaper with a big discount for an early order. The reviews looked brilliant but we were worried the offer was too good to be true, nevertheless so we placed an order just before the offer expired. I needn’t have worried, the furniture was delivered promptly and I got to work putting it together - simples! We’re now enjoying this wonderful weather in comfort and I’m planning to buy a waterproof cover.
Honestly, I would recommend Mint-Outdoors to anyone.

I bought a Palma set and a Marbella set in the early bird offer. Both sets are fantastic value for money and excellent quality for the price, cushions are very comfortable. Unless you have lots of storage space I would recommend purchasing the cushion boxes too.
Would have been 5 stars but there was a delay of 4 and 7 weeks on the delivery, so not the 5-10 days stated. I was kept informed and given a £30 refund due to the delays.

Mint kept us up to date from day one with our order. The order was delivered smoothly and effectively to the back garden where we were setting up the outdoor sofa.

Was kept well informed about everying. Was kept up to date with delivery dates, etc. And everything arrived on time.

Great service from the moment of order to the delivery of the product. Was kept informed on the status of my order and it was actually delivered earlier than first thought. The Palma set is wonderful. Straight forward to put together, very comfortable and looks great in our garden.

There was a short delay on my order but I was kept informed at all times. Customer service was great and I am pleased with the sofa set. It looks good and seems good quality. Was simple enough to put together.

The ordering process was easy and delivery was good although slightly delayed from original date. Furniture had clear instructions to put together although a little fiddly in places but didn’t take too long. Furniture looks great and very happy with so far.

The purchase was made easy and we were kept informed re delivery. The product was relatively straight forward to assemble but you need two people to do so. The only niggle was the delayed delivery due to shipping but even then we were kept informed.

Should be 0 stars. Lead time and delivery time do not match. Hard to get hold of anyone. Wait at least 6 weeks for delivery (cannot actually fault the ‘partner’ delivery company they were fab) THEN THEY DELIVERY WRONG COLOUR claiming specified colour is discontinued. No warning no comms about this. Joke of a company

We have had a pleasant experience with Mint outdoor. We ordered a santorini grey outdoor set and from the moment of our order to a timely delivery, it was a smooth process. They keep you updated of any delays and you can always track your order. The customer care is great. They also contact you asking for favourable slots for delivery. In our case, it was a fairly early delivery. Cheers and would always recommend buying from Mint.

The furniture is great quality and we are super happy with it. It was relatively easy to build, the only problem we had was that some of the screws were too long so poke out through the wicker sides. We were a bit disappointed that the delivery took so long, and that the delivery date was pushed back as well. That being said, communication wasn’t bad and I did always get responses to my queries through the online chat (just make sure you check your junk email!).
Would purchase again and would recommend for quality and cost.
