I could not rate Mint Outdoor higher. Previously I was duped when buying outdoor furniture and lost my money. I was dubious given the low price but I was happy to be proved wrong by Mint Outdoor. The price, the quality and the delivery speed are all superb. I would not hesitate to promote or recommend them.

Excellent customer service from this company- yet to assemble my furniture but my experience has been good. Only 4 stars due to a table missing from my order and I am yet to receive this but communication and service has been excellent

Lightning fast delivery, great quality, lovely furniture. Really happy with our order and definitely left us questioning why we didn't buy it sooner.
Small amounts of scuffing on some of the powdercoating if I'm to be really picky but otherwise immaculate.

Poor customer service. Unable to speak to anyone. Virtual help useless. Delivery partner appalling hung up the phone on me. Finally cancelled and was promised immediate refund, still waiting. How it is 5 star is unbelievable, look at the Facebook page. They also deleted many posts

Saw the Palma sofa set, in grey rattan, advertised at a very good price and ordered it. Delivery was extremely quick (6 days). Arrived in two boxes, safely packaged ( you do need two people to safely handle the larger box). With another to help, unpacked and checked the set. No problems, all bits there. Assembled the corner sofa (two seats and a corner back), again, no problems, all connected together easily. Then assembled the table, with glass top, and stools. Looks very good with the matching cushions and is very comfortable with good back support.

Excellent service and products from Mint. Just assembled a 6 seater round dining set and am very impressed. Had a very minor issue with a few missing plastic feet but MINT customer service has been great so far in sorting out replacements. Would definitely buy from MINT again.

I ordered a stockholm Beige Dining set 13th April based on the good reviews here on Trustpilot and the site. We first encountered an issue of the item being out of stock so delayed longer than expected which we decided to wait until it came into stock.
When the furniture arrived in June, I was shocked to find a Grey set not Beige. Upon reporting it to Mint, I was told there has been a design change. Surely this should be communicated?
When setting up the furniture a few days later, it turns out that I received box 2 of the set and a cushion box. This is after receiving emails to say that the items are going through quality checks and are now with their preferred distributor, Right Road Logistics.
I waited 12 more days for the delivery of the correct box and collection of the incorrect item. Yesterday, I received my delivery...A completely different item.
I was promised a call back yesterday after reporting the issue at 11am. Its now 12.45pm the following day and no communication from Mint to rectify their mistake. How can you make 2 deliveries incorrectly?!
Please do not use Mint if you require your furniture this year

Ordered a Palma garden set and cover from these guys - everything from the ordering process, to the communication, to the delivery company they use and the actual delivery was brilliant - good quality garden furniture delivered quickly at a great price and excellent service all round!

Quickly dispatched with great communication throughout. Delivery company called to arrange a delivery and received a notification on dispatch as well a call when the van was nearby.
We’ve only had the sofa for two weeks but it’s nicely designed and feels good quality, as well as being easy to assemble.
The leftover packaging was a bit of faff to get rid of given the size and amount of it but not a complaint against Mint Outdoor.
Overall a very good experience and I would recommend them to anyone else looking for outdoor furniture.

I've been trying to get a sofa delivered from Mint for over a month now. It's not arrived due to multiple issues - delays to the warehouse, then a police incident at the warehouse, then only being able to deliver on incredibly inconvenient days at incredibly inconvenient times. I'm very disappointed with this service, and I've just been passed around different people with no resolutions.

On 1st June I left a 5* review with the proviso that the problem I had with the goods that I had notified them about on 29th May was resolved satisfactorily.
I had tried to call customer service on 27th May, and as requested left my details and phone number and was told I would be contacted by the end of that business day, it didn't happen. I then sent an email on 29th May to complain at the lack of contact and someone did then call me straight back. I told them that one of the arms was a completely different size to the other three, so could not be fitted. I was told they would contact their warehouse and sort it out the following week. Having heard nothing the following week I went onto chat and was told by an AI that they could see the details of my problem and would contact the warehouse and someone would call me within 24-48 hours. Still not happened. I am left with garden furniture that I cannot use. The 5* still stands for the furniture, but only 2* for customer service because nothing is happening, no one contacts me and I have to keep chasing it up.

Ordered goods on the 22/05 with an estimated delivery date of the 30/05. I received an update stating that it had been shipped to the warehouse on the 23/05 which I thought was reasonable.
I get an update on the 30/05 that the goods are at their warehouse.
Then on the 02/06 their delivery partners Right Road Logistics as stated in the automated email, were preparing the shipment and that this could take 10 days.
Some how 2 weeks later I still have not received the goods or an update. I had to get in touch with their customer services department myself. I got an email back from them stating it would be 5-7 days on the 11/06.
It’s now been 5 days and I have not received any form of update or delivery schedule as to when it will arrive.
I appreciate the goods were a pre-order but given we’re now 18 days over the ETA. Along with the only update I’ve received since it stating it was at their warehouse, was one I had to chase. Also the delivery partners having 14 days to deliver it since receiving the goods at their warehouse but having “a high volume of deliveries”, doesn’t leave the best impression.
The only reason it’s not one star is because the price was reasonable and the initial service was great. Currently the order updates, other than the automated ones need to improve and if their current delivery partners can’t deliver goods they’ve received within 14 days. Potentially look to expand their haulier network, as it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s having this issue. Looking at recent reviews.

UPDATE:
Goods were due to be delivered today, my partner took the day off work to accept delivery. Received communication from Right Road Logistics this morning that there has been a vehicle breakdown and they can't deliver the goods and they will have to rearrange to Monday 30/06.
This takes us to now to 32 days over the estimated delivery date and a month from the logistics partner having the furniture in their warehouse to POTENTIALLY being delivered.
Terrible delivery experience.
