Product is great quality and was very quickly delivered would highly recommend.

Delivery slight longer than stated however covers are of an excellent quality and fit over garden furniture perfectly just in time for bad weather.

This relates specifically to the garden furniture cover which cost £99. When I tried to use it I found it is way too big for the furniture which meant it pooled around the sofas on the ground which means water puddled in the folds. Also the water went straight through and the furniture was wet underneath. A complete waste of money. Such a shame

Ordered and tried to track delivery but would not work, emailed and redirected to different email address so emailed again to be told my order can’t be found. Furniture came on time but not the easiest build, screws difficult to line up, clips to join sofas don’t work. Emailed again to query why my order details couldn’t be found as going forward how would i use the 12 month warranty but my email has been ignored. Tried calling number on site but it doesn’t work.
Poor customer service

I ordered my palma furniture on the 5th august. 5-10 days later it should have arrived. It didn’t. I kept contacted Debenhams and mint outdoors and nothing. Untill 15th august I got an email to say it will be delayed due to weather damage in the warehouse. And that it would be back in stock in the UK on the 30th august and for inconvenience we got a free cover which we was happy about. Still not updates. It got delivered on the 12 September. We put it indoors and went to work. My husband built the furniture and we was a corner piece missing and screws for the table missing. My husband contacts mint outdoors. And eventually got a date for the piece to be delivered on the 25th September. We was both at work and they left the piece on the front porch step, even though we told the call handler and the driver “please leave with the neighbour”, they didn’t. I came home and it was there but no screws. Got in and it’s the wrong colour to the rest of our furniture set. Very upset and annoyed because we got recommended by family members to go with mint outdoors and there seems to be one person on customer service and no updates or communication. No phone number to call. I would avoid at all costs because we have not had a great experience. If mint outdoors wants to contact me, by all means, but not by email by phone.

Unfortunately I've had issues with delivering my garden sofa. I paid for assembly but was not made aware that the assembly charge does not include parking arrangements. We live in London where there is typically off street parking.
I was told that they are not willing to use the off street parking available and pay and instead expected me to pay it.
I was also threatened that as a consequence they would add a charge for failing to deliver!
Although I was given no information of any of this beforehand by the delivery company or MINT outdoors.

I can now see that upon emailing them several times using the address on the website I have been sent an email to say this is infact not the correct email address for customer care.

I do not understand why they would have an email address on their website which is infact out of use and no other email offered on their website or no communication on the site that the email is not in use!

I also do not understand why they do not communicate that any additional parking charges are the customers responsibility.
I do understand however I have paid for a service ehich has not been delivered and cannot speak with anyone regarding this matter.
And anything additional should be made clear to the customer.

I’ll admit I was dubious as never heard of the company but chose to buy after seeing a Facebook ad. Was pleasantly surprised, the delivery team called ahead as they said they would to tell me their arrival time, delivered it with care but also efficiency. I bought a Stockholm corner set with table to compliment my existing outdoor seating. The product seems good quality, consistent with other products in this space and was easy to put together. The cushions are also thick and comfortable. All in all a great product for the price.

The delivery was quick and the furniture is great and so comfy! So pleased I ordered the cover too.

Gorgeous sofa set, I love it! Excellent delivery and easy to set up. Love that I can move it around.

Purchased the 5 seater Grey Marbella set direct from Mint which looks great when assembled however have noted that once assembled, the single chair and glass table are not level with the floor and therefore rock. The screws on the bottom of the feet do not come out enough to make them level.

Also purchased the Marbella cushion box via Debenhams and again looks great however the lid does not sit level in one corner and is raised. Again shame because otherwise it looks great.

I bought the Stockholm 6 seater casual garden dining and lounge set
in beige on the 4th of May and it finally arrived on the 30th of June. After waiting for nearly 2 months it arrived with one cushion a different colour to the rest. The delivery partners they use are so unreliable I’m actually surprised it got delivered. They changed the delivery date twice and it took nearly 2 months to arrive.

Not only did I buy the Stockholm 6 Seater Casual Garden Dining and Lounge Set in BEIGE, I had an email to say it would be now in the colour GREY. They did explain I could cancel my order or they could send a ‘goodwill gesture’ which was a free protective cover. When the furniture eventually arrived they FORGOT to send the cover!!!

I had emailed about the cushion that was in the wrong colour and they assured me that they’ll send a new cushion out straight away. A few weeks later the new cushion arrived in the wrong COLOUR again and in a different SIZE! I emailed once again and finally I got the correct cushion and even 10% off my original order.

The garden furniture itself was easy to build. It took an hour to build by one person and it does look really nice and the cushions are comfortable too.

I’ve had so many problems buying from this company that I will never order from them again. Although I will say whenever I’ve emailed/called them with ALL problems I’ve had, they’ve responded quickly and dealt with all the issues.

I thought when I seen how much cheaper the furniture was that it was to good to be true, but I am so pleased with my purchase and the quality and delivery of it all thank you

Products are great and very good value for money. Customer service is great too! Purchased the corner set, cushion store and cover for corner set.

We have had our set for 6 weeks max table has marks from sun! Wicker is coming apart. Being ignored after multiple emails. Don’t buy from these! Clearly the 12 month warranty is y correct and it’s a scam company

We saw a really good offer in Gardeners' World just as we needed some new outdoor furniture, thought it looked reasonable for the price, and ordered it. The quality of the set however is exceptional and fantastic value. It's sturdy and comfortable and ordering was easy. Assembly was a little more challenging than other designs but given the end result we're more than happy.

Initially I paid £599 for the Chesterton 5 Seater corner furniture but within an hour of paying I saw it advertised for £399 with a code. I contacted the company and they honoured the lower price so I saved £200 which I was very grateful for. I have since purchased a cover and the Palma rattan storage box from the same company as I was so impressed by them from the point of ordering to delivery.

It took myself and my daughter a few hours to put it together but this was our first experience of flat packed furniture. It looks amazing and the cushions are nice and thick; removable covers is definitely a bonus as the pigeons congregate above it on the pergola.
Would definitely use this company again in the future.
