I am a big fan of their style for children. But I would highly recommend to consider improving delivery service to Europe from China. Currently it’s impossible to change delivery settings (ie choose date of delivery) or order delivery to a pick up point. My latest order almost got lost.

If you want to return some items , the Company simply ignoring the clients ! After many E mails which I wrote to send me returnable…. nothing happened ! Since almost 1 month I’m waiting for a reply and solve the problem … nothing happening ! You have a return policies ,which already long Time like expired !! Shame on you ! Never ever again !

Order was so late and no response to my many emails requesting a cancellation.

Pacco ricevuto dopo più di un mese, in ritardo. Ho deciso pertanto di fare il reso ma nessuno ancora mi ha risposto. Servizio clienti inesistente! Ti dicono che puoi fare il reso in 15 giorni ma poi non ti danno le indicazioni e il modo di poterlo fare. Imbarazzanti

So bad customer service, they never responded. It took 5 weeks to get the garment and the quality was very poor. It seemed like a fake copy.

They sent me the incorrect order and Customer Service never answered me (more than a month ago). Im pretty sure this is a fraudulent website as I have seen exactly the same products in AliExpress half the price.

Clothes are cute, just arrving time s too long

The delivery time was unacceptable. Same with your responsing time when asking about the. I would love to order more, but I’m afraid to get the same treatment. Also your sale items have weird reduction. Use 20,30 or 50% reduction rate.

The clothes were high quality! Very impressed!

Minimo Bebe dont allow returns which I’m sure is illegal under consumer law and they make it impossible to get replacement items if they are the wrong size. I ordered a pair of trainers which are too small and after four emails they still haven’t told me how to swap the item for the correct size. Terrible customer service

They do not tell you they are from China, and therefore it will tale ages to be delivered. Also, only one item came and the order status became "delivered" for all the products. And wrote to them non-stop and got no reply until I started to comment on Instagram... a total disaster. And clothes not worth the price. Cute design, mediocre everything else.

The customer service Didn t answer and the shipping times were totally wrong. I received my parcel after one month

Terrible or non existing communication. Extreme delay in delivery.

I ordered £356 worth of stuff.

I have sent back 4 of the 8 items. No size inside to indicate if it’s actually the correct size and all items came very OVERSIZED!
I filled out the return request but heard nothing back so I posted the items to the senders address on the delivery box as I didn’t want to be told it was then too late.

I’ve heard nothing. I’ve sent multiple emails, instagram messages and comments under posts. ZERO contact. Leading me to worry whether this company is a scam. I am now £161 down from my returns.

This is absolutely appalling.

Do not order from this company!!!
