Je leurs ai envoyé plusieurs messages. Ah oui, au début ils me répondaient mais depuis mon dernier message, dattant du 20 avril 2026, leurs demandant de me rembourser, plus aucunes nouvelles d'eux. Alors je vous avertis ne croyez pas les belles évaluations positives à propos de MinersMarket, se sont eux mêmes qui les ont envoyés. Se sont de beau arnaqueurs, ne passé jamais commande chez eux vous vous ferez avoir.

Seem to be total scammers and fraudsters.
I think this place is a total scam. I order two brand new Bitmain Antminer Z15 Pro ASICs. I paid over $8100 USDC. They claimed to have shipped them, but instead an envelope was shipped from a clothing store in Toronto to an address that was not mine. They are now ghosting me. The came on all extremely helpful, stated that they take credit cards, but unfortunately only on amounts less that $5000 CAD, when these machines were not. As soon as FedEx published the photo of the envelope being delivered to some other address, all communications stopped. I guess they could no longer try to explain that it was FedEx's fault for delivering to the incorrect address. If they do not return my USDC I will be pursuing alternate means of recovery, and not just limited to a small claims court.
Do not left the Shopify base website, the GoDaddy domain reg, or the Ontario business number fool you. They make every attempt to come of legitimate, but a legitimate company would not ghost me right after FedEx published proof of their shipping lie.
I should have heeded the warning of a previous purchaser and not get sucked in by the rest of the obviously fake reviews here on TrustPilot.
Interestingly, the TrustPilot logo that was on the bottom left of their main page is conspicuously absent now.

Did not deliver, refused refund.
I ordered a miner from Miners Market in April of 2025. It was supposed to have been delivered on May 6th. On May 6th I got a delivery notification from FedEx that it had been delivered, but there had been no FedEx truck at my door and I did not receive it (I had full view of my driveway during the supposed delivery time and no one arrived). I called FedEx, who confirmed that the delivery had been made, but not to my address, just somewhere else in my city. The delivery slip was signed by someone who's name I didn't recognize. They advised that that was all the information they could give me because Miners Market was their customer and not me, and they advised me that Miners Market would have to be the ones to sort out the delivery issue.
I contacted Miners Market, who initially questioned whether or not I had actually received the product, but through email correspondence over the next few weeks they confirmed that the package had been misdelivered by FedEx and that they were working with FedEx to resolve the issue.
This went on for several months. I had numerous interactions with Miners Market customer services where they claimed to be actively working to resolve the issue. The responses from their customer support team all appear to have been AI generated. Sometimes I would get a response back to my inquiry within a couple of hours, but often the trail would die down and only after repeated attempts by me to contact them would they respond. I repeatedly asked them for copies of the correspondence with FedEx to confirm that they were actually trying to address the issue with them, but they consistently refused to provide any information.
Miners Market claims that they are unable to offer me a refund until they had settled their claim with FedEx, which is of course completely untrue. The Consumer Protection Act of Ontario clearly states that it is the responsibility of the seller to deliver the product and that after 30 days of non-delivery I am entitled to a refund, regardless of any ongoing claims with the shipper. Throughout my conversations with customer support they refused to acknowledge my rights and their obligations under this Act. I reached out to the authorities that govern the Consumer Protection Act and they confirmed Miners Market's obligation to provide me with a refund, and directed me to file an action against Miners Market in small claims court.
I arrived at the conclusion that I would have to go the small claims route, but I loathe the thought of having to go to court. I called Miners Market one last time to see if they would resolve the issue without having to go that route. I spoke with their customer service agent who started again investigating the issue. Through various conversations he again confirmed that the package had been misdelivered by FedEx. He said that they were actively pursuing the case with FedEx, and he committed that once they received resolution from FedEx that they would issue me a refund as well as compensate me for the mining revenue I had lost. I was supposed to have received the miner 5 months ago, and during that time not only has Miners Market kept my money, but I have not been generating the revenue that I would have received had it been delivered.
My last interaction with that agent was a month ago. My messages both to him and to the general customer support line have gone unanswered. It appears that Miners Market has no intention of issuing me a refund or compensating me for my losses.
I find it very troubling that, as a Canadian, I get better service from companies based in Hong Kong than from Canadian companies.
[Update Oct 17, 2025] My calls and emails to this company continue to go unanswered, despite the company's claims otherwise in their response to this review. The only thing that they have done is attempt to have this review removed, twice. The most recent one is for providing personal information (the customer service agent's first name, which I have since reviewed from my review). Ironically, they themselves have provided the same agent's name themselves in responses to reviews of customers that have had better experiences than I have. Their most recent correspondence to me, from six weeks ago, says that they are continuing to work the case with the delivery company but again, despite their claims otherwise in their response to this review, they continue to refuse to provide me with any evidence that they are actually pursuing this with the delivery company.
[Update Dec 24th, 2025] My calls and emails to customer support continue to go unanswered. They have left me no choice but to pursue my claim in court.

Your order was shipped and confirmed as delivered by FedEx on May 6 th 2025. Unfortunately, FedEx later acknowledged that the package was misdelivered to the wrong address, which is a logistics error on their side. As the shipper of record, we immediately opened a formal investigation and insurance claim with FedEx to locate or recover the package.
Throughout this process, our team has stayed in communication and provided updates based on the information received from FedEx. As per FedEx policy, refund authorization to the shipper is only issued after the claim is completed and funds are released to us, which is why we have been waiting for their final resolution before issuing compensation to you.
We assure you that we have never refused to help — our team, including Felix, has been actively following up with FedEx to secure either delivery confirmation or reimbursement so we can close this matter properly.
Miners Market ships hundreds of units each month across Canada and internationally, and this type of carrier-level delivery error is extremely rare. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and understand your frustration.
Once FedEx finalizes the claim, we will process your full refund or replacement immediately, as previously confirmed in writing.
