The execution lag here is actually a joke. I'm trying to scalp the NY open and getting filled 3-4 pips away from my mark every single time. I've checked my own fiber connection and ping - the issue is 100% on their MT5 bridge.
In this game, that kind of latency is the diffence between a wining trade and a blown account. Moving my capital back to a provider that actually has institutional-grade stability.

I successfully passed the $100k evaluation and maintained a steady equity curve for three weeks. However, the moment I requested to payout, my account was flagged for a 'lot size consistency' breach even my last reviews was removed without solving my issue. It's clear they aren't looking for long-term partners; Total lack of transparency.

I've been using Clarity Traders for a while now and just received my first payout. I would like to go a bit more in depth on a few topics.

Support:
First of all, the support is very friendly. I had a few issues and questions over time, and I have to say that every issue was resolved—except for one instance, which I will mention in the next section.

Problems:
Overall, my experience has been pretty easy-going. There was only one issue where my drawdown was adjusted. After contacting support, I learned that there is a possibility for it to change depending on the account type (please excuse me if I misunderstood this). However, as I already mentioned, the support team did everything they could to help me with my question.

Payout:
Now to the most exciting part. After reading some of the reviews here on Trustpilot, I was a bit concerned when requesting my first payout. However, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I requested my payout this morning at around 1 a.m., and by 5 p.m., the money was already in my account—completely without any issues.

Conclusion:
Many of the negative reviews seem to come from people who don’t read the rules or struggle to accept when they break them, blaming everything but themselves.
I will definitely continue with this company and hope that the future remains as smooth and stress-free as it has been so far.

Overall, I would rate my experience an 8.5–9/10, mainly due to the one incident with the drawdown adjustment.

I stayed because I thought they were honest, but now I realize they just hide the mess better than most.

They designed their rules to let you fail, even if you win they won't let you payout your profits. Our payout has been stuck for three months!

The support team, specially Ann, Ika and Arum helped quick and uncomplicated.
