11/10 - minerelle powder foundation
For the past 15 years I have been a proud user of the minerelle powder foundation. I receive so many compliments when I go out. Most my girlfriends thought I was wearing liquid foundation because the coverage is amazing. I love the level of coverage it can achieve, and the fact that you can apply a light coverage for an everyday look too. I’ve used Minerelle foundation powder for 20 years BUT…
I’ve used Minerelle foundation powder for 20 years. It blots out shine without caking. But the original gold compact broke repeatedly at the hinge meaning I couldn’t really take it out with me in my bag. The new plastic case I got last time has other problems. VERY hard to open and also a mirror in name only. It is just totally blurred and therefore useless for a quick touch up while out. I’m sorry to say I’m now thinking of searching out a similar product elsewhere without these very annoying and basic flaws.

Thank you for your feedback. The issues you are having with the mirror could be caused by the protective film that hasn’t been removed and this will create the blurred effect you are seeing. .
To open the compact, I find if I hold the base of the compact with my right hand to the right of the clasp then my left hand on the top of the clip, it should open easily.
I agree with you about the original gold compact and that is why the decision was made to replace it over two years ago.
If after applying my suggested tips, you are still not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to either refund or replace your compact.

Great products
I bought the foundation powder and the mascara. I have used both products previously and they are the best I have come across for a long time. The foundation powder is light and easy to apply and the mascara doesn’t clump at all. I thoroughly recommend them. Service was great and they arrived quickly.

Was kept well informed during the whole process - from order accepted to order sent. Was impressed with the packaging when I received my order. It was wrapped twice with bubble wrap. And I loved how it was gift wrapped, like receiving a present - wrapped in nice wrapping paper and a ribbon bow. Have no hesitation in recommending this company

Easy to order
Easy to order. Timely postage. Love the shape and size of bottles. Great for travel. The only criticism would be that the moisturizer gets tiny little hard lumps in it. My skin definitely feels less dry and I’m very happy with the product overall.
