Very fast dispatch and postage. Helpful and fast online service (I had some queries which were responded to very quickly.) Beautiful quality fabric. Plastic free packaging. Excellent experience.

I've shopped here in person several times and you'll always get lots of help and a great selection to shop. This was my first time ordering online for the new pattern printing service. Turnaround was incredibly quick and the printed A0 pattern is great quality and value for money.

Fantastic customer service! I made an online order and there was a little issue with how much fabric I ordered Vs how much was actually available in stock. This was dealt with very promptly, with no fuss at all. We found a solution that worked for me, so one very happy customer! Thank you :)

Great choice of products, patterns, fabrics and haberdashery. Beautiful shop with friendly helpful staff, well worth a visit. Quick delivery for online orders.

The fabric was exactly what I wanted. Arrived on time, well and not over packaged and in good condition. Great. Thank you.

All round top notch - speedy service, prompt communication and a quality product at a very competitive price.

Material as expected communication was excellent

A warm welcome and always something to catch my eye. Good value, well stocked.

Efficient, quick and professional service with a smile!
Thoroughly recommend.

My fabric was dispatched and delivered quickly, and on arrival matched exactly the description and photo on the website.

Mill creations has been such a blessing to my family since my daughter and I have started to learn to sew. They have helped us so much in buying just the right size machine for my daughter choosing good suitable fabrics as well as advice on projects. The staff are so friendly and kind. I’ve recently had an accident becoming house bound and they’ve actually delivered to the house because they know we can’t get out ! They go above and beyond!!! wonderful staff

Mill creations. We love you!

Great service, fantastic products and always providing great advice.

Beautiful fabric and helpful friendly advice

These ladies sell lovely fabric. I can’t wait to use this to make a another Stevie! If I have a problem, these ladies explain in a simple way for me to understand. Thank you.

Great sewing machine; super speedy delivery.

A lovely space, lots of beautiful material and a brilliantly stashed haberdashery. The staff are incredibly helpful and have a wealth of sewing knowledge. As a beginner sewer, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed in these spaces, but at Mill Creations I felt at ease and supported.

Really knowledgable and helpful and great quality and price of fabric

I only started sewing at Christmas. I discovered Mill Creations and their sewing school (School of Sew) online and they have both massively helped me along my sewing journey! I’ve attended many of their workshops and now regularly shop at Mill Creations.

The Mill Creations haberdashery is great: a huge selection of fabric, buttons, thread, zips, patterns etc. I recently upgraded my sewing machine and bought a new Brother Innovis A150 from them and it’s superb. Nicola was really helpful when I was choosing my new machine and helped me to make the best decision for my sewing needs.

The new website is really helpful as you can see different fabrics, including remnants. I haven’t needed to order online yet as I live locally, but it’s good to know they deliver if needed! And I use the website to browse their fabrics etc.

Nicola and Izzy are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The shop itself is beautiful and well laid out. The service is fantastic. Plenty of free parking outside.

My favourite local haberdashery! =)

I will leave a separate review about the School of Sew (which is their in-house sewing school), which is also great.
