I ordered a PDF pattern and it wasn’t delivered with the order. Usually PDF patterns come immediately. I emailed the next day and it was rectified.

Arrived fairly quickly and was well packaged in paper.

I am very pleased with the quality of the material and the design is also perfect, however I am disappointed with the background colour as I asked for Grey and the colour I received is Beige… this is the reason for only 4 stars.. the delivery time was excellent..

Excellent value, quick turn around and gracious in the face of inexperienced customers. I will definitely use their pattern printing service again and recommend it to my friends.

My order arrived speedily and with excellent communication throughout.
My order also came with additional samples of other products similar to what I had purchased, which led me to purchase some of this in the physical shop at Sunnybank Mills.
I am very happy with my items and will be a regular customer!

My order was ready promptly. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The fabric was ordered on the 25th of Feb and I was given a delivery date 28-4 March. On the 4 they sent an automated email to say they had just sent it. When I complained about their poor customer service they said they weren’t Amazon.
The fabric arrived a couple of days later and is good quality but I could have got equally nice elsewhere.

The patterns have a good range for sizes.
Very quick delivery. Thank you.

Great selection of fabrics, great communication all the way and really fast delivery.

Great company to deal with, quick and friendly communication. Top quality fabric received and a complimentary gift (I did order at Christmas!). Thank you.

Beautiful fabric, great quality

Very happy with my first purchase, delivered as per schedule.

Lovely fabric - exactly what I was looking for - arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. Highly recommended!

Super quick response on email and product delivered very quickly.

Received exactly what I asked for and promptly. Many thanks.

Loved browsing around the shop. I never felt hurried. Izzy is on hand and ready to help and give advice if needed. There is a large selection of great fabrics and accessories. Their selection of machines is excellent too whether it’s your first machine or you’re looking to upgrade. I didn’t buy one but I was tempted. I think I may revisit that decision in the new year 👍.

Excellent service, quality materials and very friendly. A wide range of fabric haberdashery and sewing machines. Recommend a visit.

Delivered on schedule and product as described. Very happy…

Quick delivery, quality good 😊
