I'm sorry you had a bad experience. You paid $25 for the battery which is what they retail for. You also seemed to miss the very first sentence in the description stating "Call for color availability or a single battery of random color will be sent."

First order was flawless tried to reorder and was asked for ID verification submitted ID (state issued DL) and was told ID couldn't be verified very aggravating. 1 star is too high would have given 0 if it was offered. What slander is there? My experience on your site was my experience and it rated a 0 the second time around. Invest in a more user friendly verification tool and it's to not too🙃

We are sorry you had a bad experience. We switched processors and our new processor requires ID especially on age restricted products. This process includes a ID picture and facial picture. I just took a look at your ID verification and the reason it was denied is because you uploaded your ID twice instead of uploading your headshot so the system had nothing to compare it too. Instead of reaching out to us, you decided to slander us with a false review.
Worst service
System duplicated an item and deleted another when entering a code.

Horrible customer service. I reached out a week after my delivery was supposed to arrive and still havent gotten any response despite having shipping protection. Bad company dont care about their customers.

overall everything was great. only thing that stopped me from going 5 stars was the fact i paid for a specific shipping time and the date it arrived ended up being later and what would have been the free shipping options. So yeah could have saved myself 15 bucks

Just don't like the way my order was on hold until I uploaded id which is absurd for such a over priced dab straw like really not that serious I have bought things from sites almost ten times the price n wasn't delayed my purchases do to this kind of nonsense really just ruined my whole experience fyi.... Ur way of making sure u guys are not getting burned for payment is the reason u do it that way it ain't for my safety I'm not buying that excuse it's for my benefit umm ok sounds good not!!!!
