Thank you for your review! Would love to know how we can earn 5 stars next time and where we fell short this time
No good papers
I bought the two size gram papers and most of them were brittle and ripped

I never received a follow up email
I never received a follow up email from my original order email stating that my item had shipped or tracking info. Also the silicone on the top piece was dirty making it appear used or a display model.

Great company!
I love that this company has so many unique products! I also love the sticker they included in my package because I love collecting stickers! My product came about a month later than the original delivery date, but everything else was great!

I'm sorry your order came later than expected. Unfortunately the "estimated" time frame does not work on items that are for pre-order since Shopify assumes we have them in stock. We send out these items as soon as we receive them. Thank you for your patience!
Lightning fast!
Had the products that I wanted and couldn’t find anywhere else. Very quick shipping my order out. This was the second time I’ve ordered from here, and was awesome both times!

I did not receive the correct item and have not heard back from anyone since the distributor was contacted by Milked customer service.
The item I received also has a significant manufacturer defect - the base is not flat. It is warped wobbles on hard surfaces.
If things did go well - I would say this is a great option. They have the best prices on name brands. However if they are not the actual seller and just a middle man either no quality control, I cannot trust them with $100+ non-refundable purchases.

Hello, we are sincerely sorry you were sent the wrong item. As we have stated in our email on April 7, we have reached out to the supplier and are waiting to hear back. We may not keep all products on hand, but we are always 100% committed to make things right.
A+ Customer Service
Great selection online. Shipping was fast. “Don’t cry over spilt milk” is worth it. My Puffco peak pro glass top by beta labs “Petra peak pro” was defective and revealed a small hairline crack when iso was added to clean. I sent an email provided pictures and they replaced glass piece within a week. Very happy I purchased from them and very pleased with their customer service.

Thought we were ordering a case
We thought we were ordering a case of batteries and we only got a single battery in a a big box. It did not even have a plastic wrapper or anything. So just know that even though a case of 20ish batteries is pictured you will on get one battery. What a rip off

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. The description clearly states "The Lux is packaged for sale in a counter display with multiple units and therefore does not come individually packaged or include a charging cable." You also seemed to miss the very first sentence in the description stating "Call for color availability or a single battery of random color will be sent." In a nut shell, the picture just shows what colors are available.

This person is a scammer blaming us for the fact that USPS took longer, threatened us with bad reviews after her order was already canceled and refunded. Her package is late but still set to arrive.Enjoy your free products.
