Miles Morgan Travel - Portishead Anmeldelser

The service, booking process and staff amazing and helpful

This was a straightforward procedure with no problems as I am a regular user of Miles Morgan Travel facilities at their Portishead branch

Tracey is extremely efficient and helpful

Really pleasant & helpful staff, excellent service& so convenient to just pop in if I need advice.

Great service. Wanted to go away soon. Found the perfect holiday.

Miles Morgan, Portishead are always very helpful
and friendly

Had wonderful help and support from Portishead branch in the last couple of days. Our Danube River cruise was cancelled and Fiona took time to look for an alternative holiday which we have now booked.

Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable by all staff. I deal with Tracey most of the time but all staff are excellent.

Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Knowledge of the resort and hotels in our chosen locations made the process of booking a relaxed and straightforward experience. We will certainly come back again.

They are very friendly and help you with any queries you have and Megan at the Portishead branch was very good and helped me with booking a trip on my phone, very good customer service.

Always helpful

Very professional and listened to what I was wanting from a mini city break

Always really helpful and make useful suggestions. See things through up to travel date.

Staff are very helpfull

We’ve used Miles Morgan for many
years and always come away having booked a holiday feeling well served.
Very friendly, polite and helpful staff especially Tracey who looks after us oldies and makes us feel confident to book again.

Teresa helped us choose our first ever river cruise for 2026. We followed her recommendations and were so impressed that we are booking again next year. She is always helpful and answers our questions honestly. We will no doubt book with her again.

Great customer care people we’re being looked after so I had to wait and it was a hot day Teresa Bird asked if I wanted a drink and after she finished serving currency to customers she helped me with booking a flight and was very helpful and friendly
