Had wonderful help and support from Portishead branch in the last couple of days. Our Danube River cruise was cancelled and Fiona took time to look for an alternative holiday which we have now booked.

Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable by all staff. I deal with Tracey most of the time but all staff are excellent.
