After paying I found the free delivery wasn’t free after all. There was a fuel surcharge added with no mention of this at any stage during the transaction. Pretty sharp practice and very disappointing.

Delivery was excellent and the delivery guy put the skip exactly where I wanted it 👍 highly recommend.

The experience was good the only problem is the website has a manner glitch every now and then and you loose your place other than that very well laid out site and easy to use.

Darren the Hiab Driver was excellent, great customer service skills and very competent driver with the Hiab. Give him a pay rise and look after him as these sort of drivers / people are a rare commodity.

Delivery was great and it seemed like a really good price. However, I ordered a 12 yard skip for a house clearance, especially for large items such as beds and sofas, only to spot after receiving, that these items incur a charge. At no point in my email, or on the website, does it inform as to what those charges will be. So, what seemed like a bargain, actually wasn't at all.

Yes, the items were listed at the bottom of the email, but why would your average person order a skip of this size, if not to dispose of items that can't be passed on? When ordering a skip of this size, these specifics should be made clear before paying. I would have looked elsewhere if I had realised this sooner.

I'm sure a phonecall would have helped the situation, but it was Saturday and the office was closed by the time we tried to make contact!

DO NOT order a skip online! Ordered and paid £302 for a 4yd skip for 5days. With a chosen delivery date of 22/4/26. Had a txt two days later from someone called "Go Green" informing me of a delivery date of 29th. I phoned the number on the txt to be informed that she would email the "online" team and they would get back to me sometime this week!! anyone that has building work done appreciates there are timelines and obviously I asked for a refund so that I am able to phone round local skip hire companies to try to get one here asap. To be told I CANNOT CANCEL my order and be issued a refund because, I quote...."THATS NOT HOW IT WORKS?!" so I asked well how does it work? and she said its not my department you'll have to wait to be contacted but I can't guarantee when. Literally lost for words!!!
