Booked a skip for 30th March. Skip didn't show and was advised it would not be delivered until 8th April. It was collected on 10th April. Communication awful. Could not reach anyone on the phoe. Held onto payment despite not delivering skip. Avoid at all costs

Awful company booked a skip received a booking confirmation and agreed delivery date. Skip just didn’t turn up. Took ages to speak to a human being and they said it hadn’t even been logged to be booked on the system and they couldn’t delivery until a week later than the confirmed delivery date. Still waiting for a refund on the booking

I hired an easyskip. It arrived as ordered. It was not cheap £414 for an 8 yard. I then get a WhatsApp message outlining a schedule of prices for excluded items. This list is extensive, and designed to be punitive. No electrical items (£35 per item if pre-declared, remove the old hoover), No household textiles… or clothes (additional charges per item, take that rug out, that foam pillow, the stained pillows case!!). No upholstered Furniture…
Honestly, you are best advised to avoid, as I will. Getting g a WhatsApp of prices after the skip arrives is just poor form!!

Third party skip hire- awful communication. We had a skip before Christmas from easy skip- excellent service, no issues.

This week we ordered a skip, driver said a tree was in the way and couldn’t drop the skip (nothing had changed with the tree since last time).

They charged me £80 wasted journey fee even though the tree was declared and wasn’t an issue last time.

Very difficult to get through to them on phone and message replies on WhatsApp were slow- after 5 days of bad communication they agreed to refund the whole cost.

I’d be very wary of this company- it seems they are making it up as they go along.

Paid £495 for a 12 yd skip which was dropped off and collected on time. I was then charged a further £48 without being notified or informed why. There is no way of contacting anyone through the website - no email address or telephone number and you cannot reply to the text they send you regarding drop off or collection of skip. They have not offered any reason why they have charged me further and I have not way of challenging this. On that basis I would not recommend them and won't be using them again.

Avoid at all costs.
I ordered a 6yrd skip it has not turned up. Excuse made "ITS DUE TO NOT HAVING ENOUGH STOCK AFTER THE HOLIDAYS"
A load of rubbish ( no pun intended)
Total bunch of cowboys I will be reporting this to trading standards and taking it much much further.

Absolutely disgusting service! Paid for an 8yd skip on 2nd January and still waiting, cost over £300 not heard anything from them! Will be taking this further.
Avoid these morons at all cost.

Absolutely abysmal. Paid for a 12yrd skip which never arrived. Eventually received a call offering me an 8yrd skip for an additional £78!
Was given a blustering excuse about website prices being incorrect.

Absolutely terrible experience. I booked a skip with EasySkip.uk and was promised prompt delivery. Three days later – still no skip. I took time off work and paid labourers who ended up standing around doing nothing because there was nothing for them to load.

Tried contacting the company multiple times with no proper response or resolution. For a business under the "easy®️" brand, this service is anything but easy – it’s unreliable, unprofessional, and costly.

Avoid EasySkip.uk at all costs. I’ve wasted time, money, and energy for nothing.

So far service excellent, skip delivered by a well mannered Asian driver. However, parked cars in the street made it impossible or it to be positioned directly in front of the house. So it was placed about 3 doors down. Later the same day I had a man banging on the door swearing and complaining about the skip being in front of the house. I phoned up Easy Skip and the same driver relocated the skip at no extra charge. So I'm very satisfied with the service provided.

Very impressed with the level of service and I've worked in waste management for 20+ years. Needed to clear out in and around my shed at home. Instead of loading the car and heading to the recycling centre, I decided to give these guys a go. Ordering was so easy and they rang beforehand to let me know they were on their way.
The guys worked really hard and removed all my rubbish within 10 minutes of arrival.
I can highly recommend Eazy Skips and will certainly use again!
