Michael’s have been amazing right from the start. When selling our property we received prompt and detailed feedback after every viewing and their onward sales consultant Jo was absolutely brilliant in keeping our buyers updated after there was a longer weight than expected due to delays at the top of the chain. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The sales person showing us around was so nice and he could answer any questions we had. We saw three houses and in all he can remember what was what.

Kieran was very friendly and approachable. He had good knowledge of the property.

Great support throughout the visit. He answered every question immediately. If he didn’t know the answer to some of our more obscure questions, he found out so we left the property with no outstanding queries so we were able to walk away and make a decision.

We have just completed the sale of our property, and I can honestly say from first interaction until now, the service we have received has been first class. No difficulties contacting anyone, calls always answered and any queries acted upon immediately. They are by far the best agents I have dealt with and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I am also in the process of separating from my husband which has its own challenges, but they have managed to navigate our situation with professionalism and tact ensuring our separate needs have been met and we have both felt fully supported throughout.

I’ve viewed properties with Sam and Kieran from Michaels and found them incredibly helpful, enthusiastic and genuinely refreshing to deal with. Although I haven’t secured a property through Michaels (yet!), I’ve been very impressed with their professionalism and would be happy to work with them in future.
