Absolutely recommend for small business owners! I met Alita and MI Academy at a QLD Conference and was blown away by their content during presentations and knew I wanted to work with them. MI Academy has initiated a Voice of Customer program for NPFulfilment, Australasia’s leading 3PL and warehousing provider, and executed their first ever NPS survey. We worked with MI Academy on a Team Alignment course and it was a pleasure from start to finish. The team tailored the workshop to our specific needs and took the time to understand the challenges we face as a team.

The team were also flexible when we needed to reschedule one of the meetings, and gave us a lot of materials to use and review if we would like.

I loved how practical the workshop was - one of the things that we've experienced in the past with other trainings (not by MI Academy) is training that doesn't give clear direction or practical tools on steps you can take. This training gives just the right amount - you don't feel overwhelmed by the task ahead, you feel prepared and you know your priorities.

We worked on a loyalty accelorator with MI and went from zero too 90 in the 3 months ! The team tailored the program to precisely suit our business requirements and delivered on their original proposal 10 x fold . Our team is now set up to do this work ourselves with confidence and a deeper understanding, Looking forward to the next project with Ali , Liam & team .

Working with MI Academy was like a breath of fresh air! We had so much fun and learnt so much. I went into this challenge with less knowledge about Marketing and finished with new learnings and more understanding of how it works. Thanks to the MI Academy team for the new skills I have acquired. Every topic was very well thought out to make sure the challengers get the most of the 21-day challenge and improve their businesses. Now I can set my goals, manage my tasks, and get organised every day which is making my work more efficient. Although the marketing side of it does not apply to my current tasks yet, I am happy to know that I have the lifetime materials to refer to when the need arises. I enjoyed all the sessions I had with MI Academy. Alita and Natalie are very welcoming. I love that it's a safe space for people like me who are still learning the ropes of Marketing. Also, there's something very powerful about being surrounded by Empowered Women who are willing to help and support you, that is how I feel all throughout the challenge.
