Extremely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered an antique brass mirror, but it arrived in gold, so I cannot use it. After already paying £20 delivery for a £60 mirror, having to pay around another £20 to return an item that arrived in the wrong colour simply makes the return not worth it.
Otherwise the mirror is a good quality.

Upon investigating this, I can see the mirror you ordered is advertised as brass, not antique brass.
Brass is a yellow alloy of copper and zinc. Generally, brass is a gold colour with a slight darker tone.

Delivery sucks
I ordered what looks like an attractive TV stand! Asked my boss if I could work from home on Wednesday, the agreed delivery date and he agreed. Never received an email but by end of day, checked FedEx's website and the delivery date had moved to Thurs. Asked boss for Thurs off, he reluctantly agreed. Now have checked again and the delivery date has been moved to Friday! Ridiculous. No email, no apologies, no financial compensation for having to mess my employer around. Fine if one of your household works from home but really disappointing and inconvenient otherwise.

Product is good, I ordered 2 colours of door handles and wanted to send one back. When filling in the returns options everything was simple except the tab to click to generate a return code would not work and the tab to online chat would not work but all other tabs work
