I get it they you can't make delivery…
I get it thet you can't make delivery to a country thet is in middle of a war.
But why cancelled the shipment?
You could have delayed the delivery a little
So 2 star because I understand the cause but don't agree with the canceling

Unfortunately, once shipping companies suspend all deliveries to a specific country, we have no way to keep the packages on hold or influence the situation. In these cases, our only option is to cancel the order and return the funds.

Das hat sich aber mit einer schnellen email geklärt habe innerhalb von 20min eine Antwort bekommen und das Paket war am nächsten Tag da.

Delivery was quick and got what i needed, only thing happened was that upper part of boots couldn't close the buckles, to small upper part bit size it self was perfect, so i needed to send them back but i want boots anyway from your shop but how to know size of upper part of boots from the base of the calf…

When it comes to boot circumference (upper shaft / calf area), unfortunately this measurement is not always provided by manufacturers.
What we can recommend 🖤:
-check the “shaft circumference” or “calf width” if listed on the product page
-compare it with similar boots you already own
-or contact us before ordering — we can try to measure a specific pair for you if available in our warehouse 🤘

Lack of response
Lack of response when trying to get a refund. I have emailed you 3x times and tried to call but no response. It was paid via paypal credit card, so I don't have an IBAN number as you request on the return page for this credit card.

or via the live chat available on our website so we can resolve this as quickly as possible. You may also reach us by phone – however, if another customer is currently being assisted, we are unable to handle two calls at the same time, so we kindly ask for your patience or to try again shortly.
Regarding the return form – an IBAN may be requested there, but for PayPal payments this is not needed, and the refund would be processed back to the original payment method used for the order.
Once the return package arrives, we will of course proceed with the refund as soon as possible.
