I would like to apologise to merseytravel and trustpilot readers around the world i just got it wrong, information displayed on network bus maps on website so far concerning merseytravel metro franchise bus changes is correct i did not read the information properly i have got a big mouth and get to the wrong conclusions I talk to much, and don't listen, all changes concerning buses in Liverpool Knowsley and Sefton will be correct so I understand, bus still paper bus information is vital part of bus information and its coming back gradually around the country,

Disgusting treatment when travelling through the queensway tunnel for the first time to go to wales, i didnt have to exact money on me and was told to turn around and get back to liverpool.

Attended Merseytravel centre in Birkenhead today. I needed to sort a travel pass for a family member. I was greeted and attended to, by a friendly lady called Jo. She listened to what i needed , gave advice and eithin 5 minutes had ordered the new pass. I was expecting a headache but she made it so easy.

Filling out the application for a disabled travel pass absolutely disgraceful who ever disgned these forms doesn't have a clue about people with disabilities, starts off easy enough then you have to download the questionnaire this is just pathetic at best found it difficult to fill in you tick one box then it cancels the last box.
This is just like mini PIP form, then once you get passed that form, then they want a copy of your award letter all pages what's the point of the questionnaire got this far then I just stopped if they make it this difficult god knows what it's going to be like getting off and on a bus or train.
Just find Mersey travel and Liverpool CC poor when it comes to people with disabilities

Nothing unusual. Liverpool combined region can't combine a public transport solution after 7.30 at night on boxing day. I live in the the Liverpool region but half of a mile of water means I am at the mercy of taxi drivers that try to charge £40 to get through the pipe. Steve Rotherham seems to be invisible at the moment. Leadership campaign imminent?

I got on the bus this morning and gave the seat a wipe down with a tissue as I could see it was dirty. After wiping down with the tissue, the amount of grime and dirt that came away is disgustingly disgraceful. It should be cleaned thoroughly with proper cleaning solutions on a daily basis. Thanks to the service my coat has grime lingering on it☹️

The train services are absolutely awful! Every day late ! Staff are awful at Liverpool central, treat people like crap! Like there above the law! Kirkby train line is the worst !

Arrived at a bus stop on Woolton road Liverpool at 12.05.pm, to head to Liverpool city centre, the time table displayed at the bus stop lists buses arriving between 12 noon and 1pm, one bus is listed as arriving at 12.19pm. I’ve been waiting about 30 mins and no bus.

Would have been quicker driving or getting a taxi

I tried to lodge complaint via email, was thrown out of system. On Sat 14 Sept No 20 Kirkby bus from Queens Square to Longmoor Lane around five to five 30. I was subjected to at least ten feral youth and girls on top deck, I on bottom watched CCTV on Bus. They were singing yelling throwing objects the whole journey. Why doesnt driver call police, Frightening journey.

Constantly cancelling trains on the Southport line, Sundays are aa nightmare, 4 major beaches on this route and trains 2 an hour, always overcrowded with drunks, disruption this Sunday, but no information, quite simple a mess of a service

I visited the Queens Square Centre regarding help with a pass and was served by a bald, middle aged man with not a hint of customer service skills.

I’m always polite and treat people with the courtesy they deserve. This man didn’t deserve any.

From the outset it was obvious he didn’t intend to deal in any niceties or small talk and completely disregarded my initial friendly manner.

I found him to be arrogant and brusque with not a hint of him making my experience a pleasant or enjoyable one.

I persisted with my happy demeanour and decided that I wouldn’t be ruffled or upset by his offhand manner.

I got what I needed in the end but it seemed such a chore for him to complete the task.

He may not like his job or his customers and may well have been having a bad day but don’t try to spoil anyone else’s day.

I made sure I squeezed a smile out of him at the end…..Now that wasn’t hard, was it?

I have always had absolutely brilliant customer service when calling to ask about a journey. They are always very knowledgeable and can't do enough to ensure you have a successful experience. I love Merseytravel

My wife tried to catch an arriva bus at bus stop S10008B today at 12 55pm. Stood there with her arm out & the bus sailed straight past. She was heading from Earlestown to St Helens & had to wait 40 minutes for the next bus. She is 75 & has to walk with a stuck.

I spoke to Sally on Thursday 4th April 24, I had lost my orange id card, she was very helpful and I received my new card Tuesday 9th April. Couldn’t have gone smoother.

I was disgusted this morning as I lost my bus pass and I went to Paradise Street bus station. The woman behind the counter said buy a new one it's £10. I said no can I have the number to list properly she said no it's in Scotland and gave me a piece of paper.No compassion not a people person and so rude

I had an email informing me that my data including my passport information and medical information has been breached by the concessionary travel team 30/01 and deleted by persons unknown. Considering legal action as its an utterly appalling situation and adds to worry and stress. I was forced to give 1 star or they wouldn't have had that

Never ever will I go on a train again I couldn't buy a ticket as ticket office was closed and explained this your company didn't care and gave Mr a 120 pound fine I suffer with my mental health and the train person told me I was not being truthful I had my money to pay to

I don't know why on Earth you're leaving a station 30 seconds early. People have places to be and if you don't want to provide a service on Christmas Day, then provide it properly on Christmas Eve. Absolute joke
