Hi Jacqueline,
Thanks so much for the 5-star review and for coming back to us, we really appreciate it 😊
We’re glad to hear the texture is working better for your three and that they’re enjoying the wider range of novel proteins, especially the rabbit and oily fish. You’re absolutely right about mixing with other proteins too, variety is key, particularly recipes using whole-prey where bone content can vary a little between batches.
Thanks again for your support! ❤️

Not just for dogs!
I took on 2 young semi-feral cats recently, Floki and Helga, and tried them on a variety of canned foods, always the more expensive brands with high meat ingredients. Some they liked, some they didn't, and there was quite a lot of waste, also their litter trays were not great, often with soft smelly poo.
I'm no stranger to raw feeding, so decided I would try them on it, and set about researching a suitable brand.
This is where Mersey Raw came in, I ordered just a few proteins to try, this was made easy by them being a local company who do click and collect.
We are only on our second week, and the difference is incredible, clean bowls every time, and no more stinky poos.
They love the food, and are loving trying the different proteins, so far Wild Rabbit and Oily Fish is favourite.
I cannot find one thing to criticise about this brand, the food is great, the tubs are leakproof, resealable, and reusable, ordering is easy, and prices are really good, and it's great to support a local business

Hi Barbara,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this, we're absolutely thrilled to hear how well Floki and Helga are getting on with the switch to raw. It sounds like they've settled into it brilliantly, and it's lovely to hear they’re enjoying trying the different proteins.
We're really glad the clean bowls and better litter trays have made such a positive difference for you as well. That's exactly what we hope for when people move over to raw.
Thank you also for the kind words about our tubs, ordering process, and click & collect, it genuinely means a lot to us, especially coming from someone who has experience with raw feeding and has done their research.
We're delighted to have you and your two little adventurers as part of the Mersey Raw family, and we really appreciate your support for a local business. ❤️🐾
Thanks again for such a lovely review,

A Reliable, High-Quality Raw Food Supplie
I've been using Mersey Raw Dog Food for a while now and can confidently recommend them. The product is consistently excellent. High-quality ingredients that my dogs thrive on and eagerly eat.
What really sets them apart, however, is their customer service. Every interaction I've had, whether about an order or a question, has been met with a genuinely positive, helpful, and friendly attitude. It's clear they care about both the pets and their customers. A fantastic company to deal with.

Hi Jon
Thanks for leaving us a review. We were more than happy to look into this for you however in order for us to investigate we require some photos or videos which you did not provide us with. We were very polite and tried to be as helpful as we possible to get any issues resolved, we also offered you a discount as a gesture of goodwill which you did not accept.
We are always looking for ways to improve where we can and are more than happy to accept feedback, good or bad. We want to always make sure our customers are happy so please don’t hesitate to reach out in future if you need.
Thanks

Novel protein for allergic dogs
My dog as allergies and can only have 1 protein which is vension it's very difficult finding good quality suppliers of this and especially 100% no bone so i can add bone content into his diet myself as 80/10/10 sometimes makes him a little hard and difficult when going. This however is great quality and my GSD loves it. I have now set up a subscription so always have my freezer full for him. Would recommend if you have skin issues with you pooches.
