Really great place to order stuff from. Lots of choice, sites easy to navigate and the dispatch is super quick. Had the pleasure of popping in recently too and the physical store is awesome as well. Could not recommend enough!

Good guys and pleasant transaction
Sold a lot of my warhammer to these guys, spoke with Sam throughout who was fair and transparent throughout the whole process. They came and picked it up for me to. Thanks guys -will definitely use you again when my pile of shame gets too shameful again!

Perfect Shipping to the US
I purchased an item during the Miniatures for Mental Health Charity event: A custom Miniature on a scenic plinth. The item arrived ahead of schedule and packed very well ensuring that both the mini and the plinth arrived in perfect condition. They also included a few extras in the box (some bits for future projects, sticker and a coupon) along with a handwritten note thanking me for participating in the charity event.

Merlin's got nothing on these guys!
I can confidently say that I would purchase from Merlin's Miniatures again in a heartbeat, and in fact, I've already been back and got some more hobby goodies from them! The customer service was incredible, and they helped resolve an issue caused by the delivery personnel in double quick time!

Delivered in good time, excellent condition.
My book was delivered in good time, and in excellent condition. My one criticism is that the book was previously owned by a smoker, and has a distinct odour. This would have been useful information to have in the item description.
