Package arrived poorly wrapped. Cats weren't interested in toy

I ordered 2 things. One was a sweater. After ordering, they emailed saying it was out of stock and asking if I'd be okay with a different product. I asked why their site still showed it for sale and they did not reply and sent me the other product instead of answering me. I did not want the other thing they sent as a replacement for the sweater I ordered, so that was deeply frustrating. I won't order from here again.

Bad ship time, bad quality, not as advertised

It fits her well she loves it. Found out our cats are really big. The pouch fits normal size cats or kittens. Shipping took forever but when it got here she was so excited I got head!!!!

Great range of fun cat beds. Fast shipping and constant communication.

The cat purse is even cuter in person. It's also really soft and a nice size for daily use.

The t-shirt didn’t quite meet my expectations. The print quality is unfortunately quite poor — the image looks very blurry and low-resolution in real life. Also, the type of print used (I believe it's the thick, rubbery kind, maybe plastisol?) feels heavy on top of the fabric and seems like it might crack over time. Not the most comfortable texture either.

The material of the shirt itself is also quite thick, and although I ordered the largest size, it fits more like a regular/slim fit than an oversized one. To be fair, the size details were in the description, so that part is on me.

Overall, I really wanted to like it, but sadly it didn’t work out for me.

There are plenty of websites selling cat items but Meowgicians have nailed it with their quality and diverse, original range. A one-stop shop efficiently organized and administered. Well done !

Beautiful product! Definitely will shop here again. Thank you very much.

Great gift for a cat mom.

My order was received with 1 item damaged. Meowgicians listened to my suggestion that they change the tail on the item to avoid shipping damage. They are sending me a replacement. Now that is what I call customer support. I am very impressed with the services and product received.

Ordered a clothing item as a gift, they didn't have the desired size, but a suitable replacement was recommended and delivered quickly. Item was of good quality and exactly as described. Unfortunately the size was smaller than anticipated, and yet again support generously provided a replacement in a new size. I was floored by the attentive and generous support.

Great product. Prompt delivery.

At first, I recieved a sweater way too small, according to european standards. I reached out to customer service and they handled it very well! So thanks a lot for your service!

Compared to the price of the sweater, quality is a little substandard.

Overall experience is fine!

the sweater is gud

Un choix incroyable de vêtements et d'objets charmants et amusants pour les amoureux des chats !

Bought this sweater as a present for my wife and she loves it. Great quality clothing and the sizing information is very helpful and accurate. Shipping was fast and customer service was excellent. Thank you🙂

I'm incredibly pleased with my purchase. I received my sweater and purse quickly, everything was packaged well, and everything looked just like the pictures. The purse came with a bag to protect it, and the sweater was soft and fit wonderfully. I was worried when I couldn't find any laundering instructions for the sweater inside of it or on the website, so I emailed customer service to ask. They responded before the end of the day and gave me a full rundown on how to keep my sweater as fluffy and wonderful as the day I got it. A huge thank you to Jason for that! I'll definitely be purchasing from this site again, and will be recommending it to friends and fellow cat lovers.

Excellent customer service from start to finish with my return. Thank you!
