I initially purchased a cosplay from here and had a whole nightmare with shipping, that resulted in me having to chase a refund through PayPal. They tried to scam me by telling me to close the dispute, then they would refund me - DO NOT DO THIS - as it means you no longer have a leg to stand on in regards to getting a refund. I immediately reported this to PayPal and they stepped in, and I did end up getting a partial refund.

Now, I stupidly in good faith made a second purchase after seeing clothes I fell in love with on their website. Several days later I get an email saying they no longer have the item I had ALREADY ORDERED in stock and I would have to wait for March. I had ordered this for New Year's/my birthday (February).

I voiced my grievances and was only met with a pathetic "We can give you a refund or you can order another item." Not even a coupon or discount code for my hassle or anything. Yet when I check the website the item in the size I ordered is STILL available for purchase. Absolutely pathetic business practices, I cannot emphasize this enough - STEER CLEAR!!!

Ordered a bodysuit. I went to try it on and instantly knew it was way too small so I asked to return it. They said yes it can be returned. I followed the return directions exactly (paying for shipping myself). They said the suit was damaged so they couldn’t give a refund. If it was damaged, that was how they sent it to me because I realized it was too small and put it right back in the packaging. It was never worn or taken out of the package for more than 3 minutes. Then they stopped responding.

Amazing customer service I had made an error with my order and decided to cancel it. After reaching out the issue was responded to and resolved in less than 30 minutes as well as the staff being helpful and friendly.

I ordered one of the halloween costumes, my order was sent to the wrong house (unknown to me), and when I went to email about it, I was told to check if my family/neighbors had it and to email their carrier. I emailed the carrier and it took 2 days for a response, once I got my response I was told it was delivered. Emailed Meowscos one more time asking for a refund and only THEN did I get to see where my package actually went. I spent two weeks asking around for my package just for the carrier to deliver it to a house down the street. Not mad it was misplaced, Im mad at the lack of help/accountability.

It’s a scam. Ordered the same thing twice months ago. Still not arrived :)

Payed extra for the express shipping cause I really needed the package days ago. It's still not here. Don't order there, it's scam.

I ordered back in may and just now got it (june 17th) I ordered two swimsuits and a dress I love them all so much they fit me well and they’re super flattering. I got a shipping confirmation after I ordered and shortly after that I got an email saying i’d get a tracking number within 1-2 weeks, it actually took five weeks to get the tracking number (I got it last thursday) which was a little concerning but I got my items today and i’m very happy with them!! I believe when I ordered the items were predicted to arrive june 19th so they technically got here two days early :) i’ll be ordering again from meow cos again

They resell stuff from aliexpress for a higher price.

I ordered a costume on the 25th and was projected a delivery time of 3-5 days after purchasing with express shipping which costs $22. I bought that as I have a con on the 3rd and it was projected to arrive from the 1sr-3rd, good odds of coming thats fine right? I get the tracking number and I check daily on when it ships, its now almost the 30th and the package is STILL not in transit nor even at the transit facility. I send them an email asking why the delay and if it is still projected to arrive on time, they respond asking when I need it. On the 31st the package id finally at the facility but the arrival time is now shown to be the 6th. I send another email asking about this delay, and get told that it is not going to arrive by the forecasted days. Don't trust their delivery times.

I ordered a dress on October 1st for a Halloween costume. I paid the extra $22 for it to ship specifically before Halloween just in case. Last week I was tracking my order and in their website the order was shipped. I then received an email saying that they didn’t have any more of the dress and that I would receive it in DECEMEBER. I check the order status again and now it says processing. It’s extremely frustrating that I would be able to order a dress that isn’t even in stock in the first place. Spend your money somewhere else if you need something within the span of a month

Die Qualität ist erstaunlich gut und obwohl es Probleme bei der Lieferung gab und mein Paket zurück an den Absender geschickt wurde (was ich selbst zu verschulden hatte) hat der Kundenservice mich sofort kontaktiert und das Paket erneut abgeschickt sobald es ankam ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht und werde bestimmt noch einmal bestellen!

Ware ist nach zwei Wochen shipping Time okay, Leider keine europäischen Größen, deswegen musste ich zwei Nummern größer nachbestellen und habe den Service für die Rücksendung kontaktiert. Schnelle und höfliche Antwort, dass ich die Rücksendung selber übernehmen muss und die Tracking Nummer angeben soll. Der Warenwert war 45€. Der Wert der Rücksendung mit Tracking Nummer 50€. Ohne Garantie, dass ich das Geld dann auch zurück bekomme. 55€ allein für das Anprobieren eines Kleidungsstücks mache ich auf jeden Fall nicht nochmal.

I bought a bikini from here and it looks like the picture, fits well and is overall really cute :) Shipping time wasn't too bad either

So I ordered the a pokenmon outfit and it's amazing good quality the only things about it the wire on the head sits funny and is uncomfortable. As well as the treads on it isn't the best done and u can see the seem line from the outside from the sleaves

Very disappointed... I looks cute and feels nice, but it is way too small... I ordered a M in one of the other pokemon fits and it fit great! But this one didn't fit at all. I dont understand how one can fit perfect, but not tye other... I'm cup size c with a fit build. I followed the size chart and everything. I reached out to support twice for help with exchange, but I haven't gotten any response.

Was a bit sceptical when ordering, however, it came surprisingly fast (6 days, from China to Northern Europe), and not only was everything accurate to how I thought it would come out, it surpassed my expectations with quality. Especially what I got for the discounted price, the swimsuit I got was really high quality material, and though a little tight on sizing, otherwise perfect.

I fell in love with a raven cosplay that they had on their website, I caved and I bought it. When it arrived the studs on the leg pieces were falling off (1 fell off, the other isn't sewn on properly and half off). The bodysuit hoops as the back where you're meant to tighten the bodysuit, were ripped which I complained and sent photos of the faulty product. They have now tried claiming that I was too fat for the size small and I quote "are you sure the size small fits you, can we have your measurements".
Now, I'm a petite person, I'm 5ft, my waist is only 70cm, bust is 79cm and my hips are 85cm. According to their size chart I'm well within being a size small. Their size chart;
Bust 84-87cm
Waist 66-70cm
Hips 87-92cm
Height 5ft1- 5"3.

I really don't appreciate this company trying to claim that I'm too "fat" for their cosplay items. I will be sending it back.

the shipping was really fast and the package came undamaged. the hoodie with the big kitty paws was packed in a vacuum storage bag and came with a bunch of little kawaii clips that can be used on the hoodie or on your hair. i'm a bit sad because it isn't a brighter pink, as in the picture, but a more faded pink but it's ok because i will try to dye it black. the kitty coat is super cute and it has a tail with wire and the bat wings also have wire inside of them so they hold the structure and can be attached by the velcro on the back. the quality is top, can't express how happy and hyped i am about this purchase. the attention to detail is amazing. need to start saving money so i can buy here again :) the only downside to me is, i am a big Emily the strange fan, that they only send her merch to canada and the usa :( i was a bit worried about the quality at first and didn't know if i should order or not but am so happy that i decided to take a chanse. a big thank you to meowcos, you are amazing <3

Wow! I am absolutley amazed by this company. I bought two swimsuits for my 12 year old daughter and both suits exceeded my expectations. My daughter loves each item dearly, and explained how comfortable the clothes were. Each swimsuit was fairly cheap, and we only spent about 30 dollars in total. The customer service team was happy to answer any questions i had, and they arrived right on time. For a small company, I am impressed. Meowcos fashion offers affordable, high quality, adorable clothes that many people will like. 10/10 I will be buying again!
