they sent me the wrong suit. it was extremely hard getting in touch with them to get my refund. i did not like their chat program. the whole process caused my guy and me to get into a big fight because it was the wrong suit i ordered. i told him it was NOT the suit i ordered but it was hard for me to prove it since i had a could not get any answer from the company over the weekend and holiday. i will never get a suit from them again in fear that they would send the wrong one.

They sent me the wrong suit, and now they are expecting me to pay for the return postage to get my return. They actually wanted me to send pictures of the suit to them (I did it, but who asks that of a customer) and then sent me an invoice to pay so I could get a return label. The irony is, they told me for $50 I could keep the suit! Not happy with their customer service at all.

I wanted a size 34 lizard belt. The website showed me it was in stock and I ordered it. Later, an employee texted me asking what size I wanted. I was confused because I had already selected it but told them 34 again. Then, they intentionally sent the wrong sized belt, admitted in email they did this and their only advice was to cut it to my size. This is an exotic leather luxury dress belt. Telling me to cut it was completely unacceptable. I sent the belt back and they claimed to have refunded me and it would take 10 days. I also disputed the charge because of how shady they were acting.

I never got the refund and my bank claimed they didn’t respond to my dispute. So I don’t have my money back and don’t have the wrongly sized item. I’m not sure if this site is a flat out fraud and scam or just has the worst customer service in the world. Buyer beware.

so I picked up a sport coat and then say slim fit so I order 56 in a slim fit because it be tight they send me 56 regular not a slim fit. I tried to return it. They have no return label so you have to do your own return And I have to pay $30 and they asked me to put another $25 with it for exchange for the mistake, they have done this website. It’s a scam. It’s just a whole bunch of Indians scamming people and the material is trash.
