NYAH was very helpful in resolving an issue that we experienced!

Dont order from here! My son wanted a suit from here for prom. We had 2 weeks left and finally found one he liked. I placed an order for an “in stock” item and paid $65 extra to have it overnighted. After a week they told me it was a special order, they were doing me a favor and that i would receive it in 3 businesz days. I did not receive it.😭😭 They said the wrong shipping label was on it. I don’t believe that for one second! And they didnt call me, they texted me and wouldnt take my call in the store. Bad business. Dont lie to your customers. Own your mistakes. Im trying to find the highest person to talk to because i want money back! This has been so stressful and its my sons senior prom. This has been such a mess. I ordered April 2 and expected to receive in a week.

Customer service is awful, don’t order from here.

Jenn did a great job handling my return. She was very courteous, kind, and efficient. She did everything she told me and got my return label to me within a very short time expediting my return.

I got great help and follow through with your customer service, and with shipping and exchange. Everyone was very quick to get back asap if unable to answer at the moment, and assistance was thorough, everyone was truly interested in helping me out, very satisfying experience all around.

Laura ensued I had a pleasant shopping experience and I got a great deal to boot. Shoes are top notch crocodile Oxfords.

I ordered a couple of pairs of Dan Post exotic western boots from Mensusa. Unfortunately, I ordered the incorrect sizes. After contacting Mensusa requesting exchanges, they promptly began the exchange process. I returned the boots initially ordered while replacement boots were being quickly sent back to me. While it was an inconvenience, the Mensusa representatives made the process relatively painless. Kudos to agent L16(Laura) for superb customer service. Will buy again in the future from Mensusa (hopefully with L16).

Jessica was very patient with me. My questions were not as specific as I thought, and she stayed calm, even when I excitedly talked over her. She was also professional and courteous.

Order navy blue blazer with gold buttons blazer only!Order never came after 7days.Called them 40 times in 4 days talk with 3 customers who never followed up with after calls!After 2weeks of waiting finally some gave me info about my order only to tell it was a quality issue but it gets worse they sent me a 2 piece polyester suit that’s was terrible quality as a substitute for what order which the distribution said it was 100% wool,I paid $169 and beg for a free return slip after being sent the wrong merchandise and a delay in shipping along with the bad service,but it gets worse they only refunded $127 and I’m wondering what I’m I being charged $40 for!This bad business I will never do business with these clowns again!Warning service sucks the hidden charges for returns and misleading distribution on website that’s why there rated 2.5!They suck and there layers!!!!!!And I warned them about this review of its cost me $40 but it should be known about these clowns!!!!!

Laura helped me out with an exchange of sizes for a suit I bought for my friends wedding. Super happy with the suit, the style and material were exactly what I was looking for.

Customer Service was excellent. Nyan did a wonderful job of patiently going over the color availability for the suit I was interested in. When a color was unavailable, she made great suggestions for other comparable suits. She spent a significant amount of time trying to assist with the sale and make sure I would be happy with the purchase. Thank you, Nyan! I do wish Mens USA would do a better job at updating it's website so this level of customer service is not required. For that reason, I gave 4 stars.

The team is great. Always available to answer questions and if not available will definitely return your call in a timely manner. It's quality material and worth the price. Thank you Laura and everyone else that played a role.

This is the worse company I have ever worked with when it comes to suits they are unresponsive in every topic and they lie about emails and confirmations please never ever order 1 day express shipping with them it came in 7 days later and when I tried to get a refund I got crap for that they are severely unprofessional and no offense but all the people in the call center act like they are helping when they aren’t doing a dang thing don’t order from please don’t See less

A very nice black suit was delivered to me which I though was Shark Skin. It was not but the quality was nice so I ended up keeping it and they provided me a $30 refund which was deeply appreciated. It was a great service and experience.

They Sent the Wrong Item and Kept My Shipping Fees

I ordered from Men's Tuxedo USA on 2/16. The website advertised same-day shipping, and I paid extra for 3-day delivery. It took 9 days to arrive. During that time I requested cancellation multiple times since they couldn't honor the shipping timeline I paid for - they refused every time.

When the package finally showed up on 2/25, it wasn't even the item I ordered. Completely different SKU. I have photo evidence.

I returned the wrong item they sent me - unopened, in new condition, in original packaging - and requested a full refund. They issued a partial refund and are withholding $33.93, claiming that shipping and the prepaid return label are "non-refundable since they are processed automatically by the carrier."

Let that sink in. They charged me for 3-day shipping they didn't deliver, sent me an item I didn't order, and then kept the shipping fees for both directions because the carrier already processed them. Their mistake, my cost.

After weeks of back-and-forth over email and live chat, they refuse to make it right. I've since filed a dispute with my bank and complaints with the FTC, California Attorney General, and the BBB.

Do yourself a favor and do some research before ordering. I wish I did. You'll find countless examples of people with the exact same experience - wrong items, late shipping, partial refunds, and a company that makes it so difficult to get your money back that people just give up. That's not bad customer service. That's a fraudulent business model.
