Bought a brand new custom build gaming PC from CCL for my son. It did not work straight from the box so they referred me to MendIT (which came with the purchase) to sort. Nadeem was excellent in sorting it out, first trying to do over the phone/ FaceTime diagnostics. As the fault could not be identified he needed to send an engineer. To save frequent trips he had to order every part of the PC for the engineer to bring with him. The ordering of all the parts and getting a slot with the engineer did unfortunately take 2-3 weeks! However when Imran arrived he was courteous, professional and diligent in his work. He identified that there was a fault with the motherboard which he replaced. He then carried out a series of diagnostic tests to ensure it was working properly and help set it up before he left. I would have given 5 stars had the wait time for the parts and engineer availability not been so long.

Had an issue with my PC, Had a very fast consult with a tech to diagnose the issue, Then within a week had an engineer called Bob on site to repair the part.
Very fast and friendly service throughout the process.

My 1yo gaming PC had just returned from a repair that replaced the motherboard, GPU and vans, but it was now unable to run any game without the screen going black and the PC restarting on its own.

Nadeem took on my case and he helped to resolve the issue with the patience of a saint and his expert knowledge. All in all it took 2 hours to narrow down the error and fix it, but at every turn he explained what was going on and what he was trying to do. Using WhatsApp video call, he navigated me through the parts where I needed to do something with the hardware or when I needed to change a setting in the BIOS.

With all updates and settings in place, my PC is running better than ever before and I can enjoy uninterrupted gaming again.

I would def use the MendIt services again if I have another issue! :)

I bought my gaming rig from box.co.uk. they were offering a Mend It PC insurance policy back in 2022. the service was offered for an extra £40 and was on-site service, to solve any PC related issues during a 3 year period, which is excellent value for peace of mind. This is also extendible.

I ended up having to use the Mend It policy. I got in touch with the engineers at box.co.uk, who referred me to Nadeem from Mend It. He was the main technician. Then he helped me resolve my first issue with regards to ram speeds not matching in bios. after arranging a remote session via text, Nadeem remotely logged into my computer to help resolve the problem which required a bios update. He was kind enough to guide me through it all.

Then a few months went by, and my case, a Be Quiet 900 rev.2, stared to have a problem with its wireless charger and had poor transfer rates on the front io port. Therefore I got in touch again with box who referred me to Mend It again. this time, Bob from Mend It got in touch with regards to this and advised I may need to swap out the case and see if that helps with transfer speeds. worst case scenario, it was going to be the mother board . They had to see if they can source stock for replacement parts as they have been hard to source. They checked with me first before ordering replacement parts. After a bit of back on forth, Nadeem from Mend It was in touch again to say the parts are sourced like for like, and he would like to arrange for an engineer near me to come on-site to carry out the repair on a date convenient for me.

On the arranged day I.T technician Imran arrived with the parts on time. And the exciting bit begins! the gentlemen rebuilt the pc by changing the case and mother board ram etc. also as a good will gesture arranged by Nadeem, he arranged for Imran to upgrade a few parts for me, which was very kind of them. within a few hours, the parts were changed, transferred and back up and running on windows again. Imran was very thorough with the rebuild and swap of parts. he left me with the MSI MPG X570S EDGE MAX to see if the replacement of the case’s front panel was working. The Be Quiet dark pro 900 rev.2 panel was working fine within the week. Imran came back and swapped it to my original motherboard, the MSI MEG X570S ACE MAX WIFI, which was up and running again within a few hours, after another thorough rebuild.

All the engineers at Box and Mend It have been beyond helpful. I wouldn’t normally expect businesses to go this far for a customer. They are a testament to good customer service, and I would very highly recommend these firms to meet all your IT needs. I’ve been a serious IT consumer for two decades and enjoy my tech, and I can tell you that these guys stand out in their field.

My computer was giving me problems and it wouldn't connect to me monitor.
Nadeem face timed me on whatsapp for over an hour and together we got it sorted! He was very patient and helpful and guided me through the whole process and now my computer is working like brand new.
He even left e his email and number incase anything else happened with it.

I am writing to express my utmost gratitude and appreciation for the excellent service provided by Mend IT. I recently had some issues with my personal computer that I needed resolved quickly. I contacted Mend IT and they were extremely responsive, communicating with me within 24 hours of my initial request.

The technician assigned to my case, Tristan and Team, went above and beyond to diagnose the problem. Through the use of telephone assistance and remote desktop tools, Nadeem was able to identify the issues I was having, even without having physical access to my PC. Parts were promptly acquired from suppliers to facilitate the repairs.

My PC was repaired and returned to me in excellent working condition within a very short timeframe. Tristan and the Mend IT Team took great care to ensure that the transit of my computer did not result in any further damage. The level of attention to detail and customer care shown by and the entire Mend IT team was impeccable.

I am sincerely grateful for the hard work and dedication Mend IT puts into resolving their customers' technology issues quickly and effectively. Their responsiveness, technical skills and commitment to excellent service really stood out. I would not hesitate to recommend Mend IT to anyone needing reliable and professional IT support. I had a unit under the warranty with MENDIT, everything was fine until one day it just broke. I contacted them, we set up everything in order for it to be repaired. I paid additional insurance for transportation and packed according to their guide. PC took some time to get fixed, not perfect but okay. When I received my PC back, it was broken. The moment I unpacked it I contacted them and the said they will look into it. Since that day I had to call them 6 times to find out for updates. Still to this day nothing has been done and I have a PC that is broken, after receiving it, for over a month now. Which is absolutely ridiculous, since I specially paid for additional insurance. They say only that DPD opened up a case, however when I called them they said there is no investigation, so I called mendit again with that information, they said that no there is one don’t worry and that was 12 days ago. I wish the company that I bought the pc from did not use this business. As it is absolutely unacceptable for a customer to wait for so long for damage that was induced not by his side.

PC broke rang them up was out to me very quick and fixed my PC amazing service from ringing it in to having it fixed, Nadeem and Bob were absolutely amazing can't recommend enough definitely a 5 star service

Great company. Very reactive with feedback and communication. Nadeem Mohammed extremely helpful over email and phone. When the problem unfortunately could not be fixed over the phone. Bob (who arrived promptly at time discussed) identified, tested and fixed the problem with a (Super Important) like for like brand new GPU.

Had a minor issue with my custom build PC from CCL wherein one of the fans on the Liquid cooler was making a rattling sound.
Remembering I had a 3 year onsite warranty I popped Mendit a call on a Friday and spoke to Nadeem who was ever so helpful, I sent him video footage of the fault and they arranged to order the new part and send the engineer around once recevied.
Weekend goes by and I get a call from Bob on Monday who comes around with the new part, fits it and improves the performance of my PC by making some small adjustments to my cables and such. Brilliant work and pleasure to speak to. Would highly recommend their services and highly recommend Bob!

As my 14 months old custom made desktop PC stopped working altogether (graphics on monitor froze and several reboots did not work at all, leaving my screen "switched off") After doing my own trouble-shotings which included change the HDMI connection cables to the monitor, change the monitor itself with my spare one, rebooted it several times, etc, I understood that it was time to contact MendIt via email as I do have a three year warranty cover. After a couple of emails with the fault technical details and my trouble shooting info I got a call from technician Nadeem. He skilfully guided me in doing a hands-on troubleshooting which included open the PC panel, reboot it and checking the small lights above the power block, which told me that one of the RAM modules was defective. After unplugging the faulty RAM module my PC went back to normal (albeit with half of the RAM memory) As we pin-pointed the problem, Nadeem and MendIt posted me two brand new RAM modules to replace the original ones. I received the new one after a couple of days, replaced the old ones, and Bob's your uncle... all back to normal. MendIt sent me also a label to be printed to organise the DPD pick up return of the old RAM modules, all done and dusted in a timely and efficient manner... and free of charge. I was very happy that I did not need to package and post the whole PC which was a big relief. So, kudos to Nadeem M and MendIt for helping me fixing my PC! A big thank you to MendIt & to Nadeem H.!

On-site warranty came with a purchase from CCL. After contacting MendIT, having a diagnostic call and then awaiting parts, Bob the engineer arrived to replace the faulty part and correct a mistake made by the original builders. PC is running MUCH better now. All performed in a timely manner while answering any questions I had, he was even good enough to get back to me on a query I had via txt a day later. Brilliant work, cheers ^_^

My man Tristan and Nadeem. Honestly so quicker than I thought. PSU failed, called up and was provided with all the information I needed.
Call back with an engineer within 48 hours who authorised a replacement to be sent to me next day delivery, as I was worried about my PC in the post.

I got a very rapid response after my initial call to them. They diagnosed the problem very quickly online and over the phone. They ordered the parts which took a couple of days and arranged for the engineer to call at my home.
The engineer was called Imran and he was very courteous and a nice person and he got straight to work and fixed the problem. He also gave me tips on avoiding future problems and general maintainance.

Our engineer Bob turned up diagnosed the problem we were having and fixed our issue in no time, he was very helpful and explained what he was doing at each point. Thanks for fixing my sons pc Bob he is extremely grateful also :). The whole process was smooth from contacting MendIT via their portal to booking an engineer to come and fix the error.
