I have been using Memtime for about 2 years now and it has been such an amazing addition to my admin arsenal.

Before Memtime, I was manually tracking my time. I dreaded billing clients, because it took me all day to go through and figure out what I'd done with each one and then add it all up, etc. With Memtime, it just tracks what I do online all day and then I can translate that pretty much instantly into billable hours for each client.

I love that it has ways to have it make suggestions based on activity that you can just approve on your timeline, and that I can make notes on the activities for clients and/or assign the time to different projects, which helps when billing clients who require a breakdown of which projects each hour should apply to.

Customer support is also phenomenal. The documentation is actually helpful, as is the AI bot that helps you troubleshoot an issue. But I love that they will also hop on a call with you and help you figure something out if needed. First class level of service!

I recommend Memtime to friends and colleagues all the time, and I just signed up for another 2 years of the service. Cannot recommend it strongly enough.

Useful tool for consultants to help keep track of where there time has gone in the day.

Carlota Collados was very helpful. She was very engaged in helping me so I can run my business more efficient.

This is an easy to use tool which enables very accurate allocation of your time spent on tasks. Its integration with JIRA and its ability to automatically increment the time spent on a task is invaluable where those items are rechargeable. Great for answering the 'What did you do last week?' questions from your management. Would strongly recommend this application.

Its a great software, no question. The problem is they marketing that they will make integration to all systems so we save time. Tried to make them make an integrasjon the the most popular accounting software in Norway, but made no progress.

As of today i am first doing time tracking in Memtime, and after i have to manually do the hours in the accounting software also.

This is such an incredible app and has created considerable efficiency. Thank you Memtime.

I've only recently found Memtime and so have only been using it for 3 months but it has transformed my life and made time capturing so much easier and more accurate to keep track of what I have done during ridiculously busy work periods (which is all the time for me as a sole trader). Not only am I managing to capture more time which, in the past, I have had to overlook as I have not had time to record it, but it also shows me patterns of working which is a useful lesson. I can end up skipping around a bit on emails on super busy days, dealing with so many of them and so, it can capture the 5 minute tasks which previously I wasn't able to do, which can add to several hours in a day that I was previously losing or not allocating. The support team are super super helpful and efficient and I have only had positive experiences with them in my dealings so far. They have always been really quick to respond to email queries, including on a UK bank holiday, and one can't ask for more than that!

Picked up time I would otherwise not have billed in the very first week.
Nice synch with XPM with few edits required.
Good having calendar entries sitting in there too.
Great being able to not have to continually log time on the job - instead keeping momentum going and logging at the end of the day.

Auf der Suche nach einer automatischen Zeiterfassung, die ich mit ClickUp verbinden kann, bin ich auf Memtime gestossen und kann es empfehlen! Die Integration funktioniert super, ich kann auch direkt aus Memtime Tasks in Clickup anlegen. So kann ich mein Projektmanagement mit sehr genauen Zeiterfassungen kombinieren. Schön finde ich außerdem, dass sich bzgl. Datensicherheit Gedanken gemacht wurde (Standort, keine Cloud etc.). Der Support war auch sehr schnell erreichbar. Einzig die Auswertungsmöglichkeiten sind für mich noch ausbaufähig und ich hoffe da wird sich noch einiges tun!

As a work time tracking software, Memtime has advantages that other tools do not have, and it can be linked with other tools, such as Clio, to automatically import time. This has greatly enhanced our work efficiency and is very helpful for us to analyze our working methods and further improve our efficiency.

I absolutely love this app! It's been a complete game changer in tracking my time. I would highly recommend.

Memtime is great a tracking what I forget. Being as busy as I am and my primary income coming from billable hours it is crucial that I reflect my time as accurately as possible. Memtime does that with excellence. On top of that it natively integrates with my billing system ConnectWise.

Memtime was really easy to use and a great way to record my time. After looking al different time trackers, this was definitely the best option.

Il traque vraiment et spécifiquement la page sur laquelle je suis, pas seulement l'application, ce qui le rend vraiment pratique.
Selon moi c'est le seul logiciel qui permette de faire ça actuellement.
J'utilise Memtime pour suivre mon temps, ce qui m'aide à savoir précisément ce que je fais et à suivre chaque site web. Je trouve l'interface peu fluide et améliorable cependant. Mais ça fait le job.

Memtime forces you to opt in to marketing messages (product tips, updates, offers) as a mandatory step to create an account. This bundled/conditional consent removes any freedom to refuse marketing and is likely non‑compliant with GDPR. Forcing users to consent to marketing as a precondition to create an account is not GDPR-compliant. I won’t use a service that forces unwanted emails.

I use Memtime to accurately track time spent on different client tasks, replacing my previous method of writing and transferring notes to Xero. I appreciate its ability to view time in various increments, which provides a quick overview of my activities. However, I would like a feature to combine different time slots into a single entry for better integration with Xero projects. The setup was intuitive, I highly rate Memtime a 10 out of 10, and I recommend it to others.
I like Memtime because I can view my times down to the minute or in thirty-minute blocks, which helps me either have a really quick overview of what I've done today or check what I've done in the last hour when I've switched between clients. The initial setup of Memtime was really quick and easy, and it's a very intuitive app.
It would be good to be able to drag my time in batches to make just one time slot for a client. So say if I've worked five minutes here, thirty minutes there, ten minutes there, it'd be great to select those three time slots and make them just one entry that will go over to Xero projects.

We needed a tool that would reduce the faff of timesheets and capture all the little time slices we were missing. Memtime has shown us it's worth in the first few weeks reducing the need for manual checking and updating. Installing it was simple, integrating the other apps we use was intuitive (Xero, Teams, Outlook etc), the knowledge base had useful content. There is still a bit of work to do for us to fine tune the projects and tasks but we are getting there. Because we have a lot of projects on the go at various stages of progress it's a lot of manual work to set things up. The link with Xero Projects works great, although the manual refresh is a bit of a faff to remember. We've also integrated our calendars and Teams so lots of positive progress. 

For me , an Architect , it is really a very straight forward experience - no hazzel. The app clocks every activity with av clear headline on the computer so you can easliy categorize and summarize by the chosen time frame and add you prefs and details afterward. I got going immideatly and after a week or so got very good personal and proacticve contact with the support. Recommend it!

The app makes my work easier when I need to bill my customers for my hours!

Memtime is an incredible tool to help you capture all those "in-between" minutes spent on client accounts, which often get lost when manually switching on timers for projects.
On average, I have captured around 2 additional hours spent on client projects, which would usually never get charged. With the upcoming update offering individual reporting on projects, it is just super! Dariya has been a pleasure to deal with and has answered all my questions. Keep up the great work, Memtime team!
