Mella's Jungle Anmeldelser

Very happy with my plant cuttings from Mella's Jungle, they were top quality, good price and packaged very well. The seller was quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely buy from there again!

Always prompt service with a quality product

Super fast delivery , quality product and excellent communication , and above all extremely good value for money . I will be a returning customer .

I like mella's jungle as the website is easy to view and select the plants that you are interested in.
When you then purchase a plant, they come pretty quick and you can get updates for delivery date which is awesome.
Plants arrive fresh healthy and happy
Would defo recommend mellas jungle to any planty person

Quick delivery too, highly recommend.

Very helpful in working out what to order, e.g. taking photos to clarify product size. Very friendly communication. Order promptly delivered.

Quick delivery, well packaged, lovely plant as pictured. Many thanks!!

Absolutely beautiful plants complete with added moss and a heat pack. Very happy.

Very happy with my purchase of the mystery box.

Absolutely in love with Albo Monstera.
Quick responses and fast delivery 📦
Will definitely be purchasing again very soon.

First order from Mellas Jungle has just arrived and I'm incredibly impressed. The items were packed really well, the pre delivery comms were spot on and really quick, the personalised packaging is really nice but most importantly everything I've ordered is perfect. Already made another order, will definitely be ordering again in the future and making sure I recommend to other plant lovers - solid 10/10 all round.

Company is lying about transaction details. Any more and I will be reporting the matter to the police for harassment. I would've replied to them but they think blocking me and writing inaccurate reviews is the right way to go.

Mella’s products/services are always top notch quality. I have purchased live moss this time around and I am amazed by the quality and the freshness of it. It’s like no other live moss supplied in UK! Strongly recommend Mella and her products to any planty people out there. I will but again and again ❤️ Thank you Mella ❤️ @plantdad.uk (Alex)

I have purchased many plants and moss from Mellas jungle. Every order came well packaged, very quick delivery and with after care cards. I will only purchase moss from here. Mella is very passionate about her products and this is shown in the quality of her products and after care given. When starting my plant journey Mella offered lots of advice and coached me through starting up. This is the ONLY vendor I will buy moss from and will continue to grow my plant collection here.

The moss i get from Mella is the best stuff on the market. It’s absolutely fabulous and all my aroids love it. Mella has always been super helpful with any questions. Throughly recommend.

Plants received were packaged excellently and looked very healthy. Will definitely buy from Mella's Jungle again

Great service, replied to my enquiry quickly and received the loveliest moss. Seems like a lovely lady and a great business. Thank you!

Very easy to buy, and also to contact Mella directly as I was keen to know where and how her moss was sustainably sourced. Really fabulous quality (just moss rather than pines cones, twigs, needles etc), and I was kept up to date with dispatch info. Thank you.

I order moss for wreaths each year and without fail it arrives promptly and is always of an excellent quality

I ordered a couple of moss poles from this shop, 1 week after purchase I received an email stating there was only 1 item left in stock, I'm not sure why it would take this long to inform me of this.
2 weeks after purchase I still hadn't received the one moss pole, in this time the seller lied on two occasions saying she was going to the post office that day to post the item, but didn't. The seller claimed that Royal Mail strikes had made it impossible to post the item, these strikes were called off, I had sent & received various items with Royal Mail in these two weeks with no issues, so this was just a lazy excuse.
2.5 weeks after purchase I finally received the item.

It states on the website that items are usually posted the same day if ordered before a certain time, but in this case it took over two weeks and a PayPal dispute before the item was even posted.
Terrible service, I can't recommend.
