I placed an order with a size large for…

I placed an order with a size large for a bottom and a size small for a top. It was an accident I didn’t catch. However Melaninful did and sent an email to confirm what I really wanted. That save me from disappointment and the hassle of a return and exchange, and the possibility of my item being sold out. That’s true customer service and I am really grateful!

A1 CUSTOMER SERVICE

FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM THEM I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE 4X AND WAS GONNA EAT BUT I CONTACTED EM TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE AND THIS COMPANY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATION IT WASNT ABOUT A DOLLAR IT WAS ABOUT THEM TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER IMMA CUSTOMER 4 LIFE NOW JUST THAT EXPERIENCE ALONE

Best customer service

I haven't got my item yet but the customer service was the best I've gotten from anything else online. They actually respond and help you with what you need unlike a lot of others.

Satisfaction Guaranteed!

I appreciate the quality of the merchandise that I can purchase with this brand. Not to mention the excellent customer service I have received. I'm also very satisfied with the shipping time you really get your orders fast.
I had a order I placed for a legging two piece outfit. The top ran a little small so what they did was send me another size, free of cost and they let me keep what I had, Now that's unheard of so when I say the customer service is excellent, the customer service is excellent!
I thank you all for being a black owned business handling your business and customers in a amazing way. I will continue to shop with you all and definitely tell others about you.

I appreciate this company for creating…Greatness!

I appreciate this company for creating items that represent who we are in a positive light and items ✨️ looks good. It helps my children know our history and wear it proudly. I purchased a couple of items that fits well and very appealing.
The last item is comfortable but just a tad bit narrow for my feet. Thank you for thinking about us!

My experience with Melaninful was awesome!

My experience with Melaninful was great! I love the items I purchased. I had a specific question about my Civil Rights hoodie and I received a quick response as well as an answer to my question right away! I would definitely purchase additional items in the future and I plan to tell all of my friends about the amazing service I received!
