We have been using Maev for the last three years and can’t say enough good things. We have only ever had one mishap in a shipping delay (this happened recently) and they immediately made it right and sent us a replacement. Can’t say enough great things about this company and the customer experience provided.

Customer service rep was so kind, helpful, and took care of so many things for me on our call; updated me on a delayed food shipment + gave reasoning, pushed out my next order bc it would be too close to the delayed order, helped me cancel a duplicate subscription that no other rep has been able to help me cancel so I've just been delaying the shipment inevitably, and then consolidated the treats we love with our subscription.

My dog got super sick right away, not only diarrhea, but blood in poop, and she was vomiting. I had to get prescription food and take her to the vet so she would get better. They wouldn’t give me a refund on the bag on top of it.

The customer service is consistently excellent. So far in my few months of interactions with this company, I have been very impressed.

I have a German Shepherd and Australian Cattle Dog who both LOVE Maev. I want to feed raw and tried other companies that required thawing and cutting open messy packages. With Maev, I just scoop it out into their bowls, no thawing required. I had to get them slow feeders because they love it so much, they were eating too fast. My Australian Cattle Dog was so itchy all the time before Maev, and now she NEVER scratches! I will keep using Maev—highly recommend!

They are wonderful! I received my package and it was damaged, but I reached out and they were so understanding on sending a new one!

My two little doggies have been eating Maev (Beef) for about a month now and they absolutely LOVE it!!! I am also really impressed. We switched at the suggestion of our vet to remove chicken and I discovered Maev Raw. In the past month, my two have stopped incessantly licking their paws and rubbing their ears on the carpet - something the vet attributed to possible allergies. The doggos get 2.5 ounces each per meal (very easy to measure out!) and their weight is perfect. Energy - well, they are Yorkshire Terriers so ... who knows but - lots of energy (heh). We are now on our second month and I see zero reasons to change to something else. Dogs are happy, Dog people are happy, wallet is happy - because this is very affordable ... who could ask for more?

We had a shipment that got delayed and wanted it arrived was no longer edible. But the Mave team was very quick to respond and immediately sent out a replacement at no charge! There customer service in response time was exceptional.

Loyal customer sense 2024! You will not find better food for your dog. I think Millie gets more excited for breakfast and dinner than she does when I get home, and if you own a dog you know that says something.

I just love this company! I was struggling doing things on the website as far as changing my subscription around and they gave me someone that has been emailing me specifically and helped me with literally everything. Even added treats to my order when I forgot!! Love th quality of food and so does my dog. She’s obsessed with the chicken formula and bone broth cubes
