i found the content to be easily understood and also still challenging. the markers were fast to mark the assignments ensuring a quick turnaround.

The course was full of learning experiences within my field of interest. Help was easy to access and assessments were prompt. Detailed direction was given whenever my answers needed reviewing. A very friendly team of educators and great learning experience!

Fantastic people to work with and helped me get through my course!

Have just started my Certificate III in Business (Medical Administration). Already loving it. The layout of the learning material is extremely user friendly and very easy to navigate and understand. Much better than other online learning platforms I have previously used which have just been really confusing. Very fairly priced & you have the option to pay your course off. So far very impressed already.

The staff is really cooperative and the assignments include realistic questions that provide you a good insight into the medical admin practices

It felt great to be able to do the course online. MAT were very approachable & helpful.

The content of this course was well presented and easy to navigate. The assessments were marked quickly and the trainers’ feedback was very useful. I liked the way I could complete the course in my own time although I could have finished it quicker if new units were automatically released after the previous ones were completed. Sometimes I missed out working at weekends because of this.

It was an interesting, challenging and enjoyable course.

For someone who wanted to get into Health Administration, I found the Certificate lll Health Administration course to be informative but there seemed to be a lot of reading. For some of the units, it would've been nice to have some more video content, other than what there is already. Also if you needed help, the trainers were easy to contact & replied quite quickly either via email or phoneFor someone who wanted to get into Health Administration, I found the course to be informative but there seemed to be a lot of reading. Mostly good some of the recourses and links i received lead to dead urls or information that was not relevant. Some of the terminology terms were slightly off as my wife is a Nurse and she said they were wrong. And one time i had a second marker go over my work and marked things that were satisfactory as not satisfactory. Unsure how one person can mark it satisfactory and another not.

I have completed certificate 3 in Health Administration today. Now I am confident to apply for jobs. This course has helped me to have deeper understanding and knowledge about Health sector. I am hopeful to start new career.

It was informative, and the assessor was prompt in checking my assessments. However, the course materials need proofreading. There were a lot of missing definite and indefinite articles. Assessment questions need to be rewritten. Some of the questions were very vague. We could use more interactive materials in the course, such as videos and visual examples, because otherwise, it's just a summarized written document that can easily be generated from an AI website.

I am super happy with my studying experience at MAT! I chose this course because it is delivered online and self-paced, meaning you can finish a unit as quickly as you want. The learning materials were well prepared and easy to understand. The trainers could be contacted if need be. I studied full time, 20 to 25 hours a week, and am a fast reader, so I was able to complete the course in six weeks. I wanted to finish the course as fast as possible so I could apply for a job in this field. Thank you for the support, I would recommend MAT to anyone!
Edit: 6 weeks later I found a job as a Medical Receptionist at a general practice, yay!

Good contents, trainers were helpful although some of the assessment questions or instructions can be worded in a clearer manner.
