Customer service is poor at best. I called and emailed until I finally reached someone who I could not understand.
It took one month from time of order to time of delivery.

Smashed, Wet
Package arrived 1 month after order. Package had been submerged in water/liquid and was still damp when mailman delivered it. Contents were falling out of package and content packaging was smashed and wet. Thank goodness the contents are enclosed in sealed aluminum envelopes, otherwise meds may have been destroyed.

I CANCELED MY ORDER BECAUSE THE PRODUCT…
I CANCELED MY ORDER BECAUSE THE PRODUCT I ORDERED EDIX 20 MGL 12 UNITS WOULD NOT BE SENT TO ME BECAUSE THE PRESCRIPTION SAID CONTINUATION PACK. WHAT IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE IS THE STARTER PACK. IT IS THE SAME PRODUCT AS THE CONTINUATION PACK EXCEPT THAT THE STARTER PACK HAS APPLICATORS WHICH I DO NOT NEED SINCE I HAVE THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE REUSABLE.
WHEN I ORIGINALLY PLACED THE ORDER IT WAS ON BACKORDER. THE REPRESENTATIVE RECOGNIZED THAT THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE IN THE PRODUCT EXCEPT FOR THE APPLICATOR. THE REPRESENTATIVE SAID WHATEVER IS AVAILABLE FIRST, THE CONTINUATION OR THE STARTER PACK WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THEL ORDER. TO PROVE THE POINT, THE DIFFERENCE IN COST BETWEEN THE CONTINUATION PACK AND THE STARTER PACK IS ONLY $5 OR $6.
POOR SERVICE, AND LACK OF PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE. VERLY DISAPPOINTED.

We are sorry to hear about your situation, however, please allow us to clarify some points in regard to your order.
For the Starter Pack and the Continuation Pack, we do not have any issues sending the order based on what was available to you, however the main issue is your prescription.
Upon review, we found that there was a change made on the prescription that was not signed by your physician. The old prescription and new prescription are identical, but the date has been changed. There is no confirmation form your doctor about this change.
When we asked for the new prescription and offered to contact your doctor, you have confirmed with us that your doctor has resigned.
We kindly ask that you reconsider the review as it is not based on a genuine experience. We do want to serve our customers with the best we could offer and resolve any issues during the process.

Placed an order 6 months ago and still have not received it although I have complied with each of their requirement. Their paperwork is a mess.

After 6 years, a non-delivery
After 6 years, finally a non-delivery. It’s been 6 weeks and no sign of my meds. I called customer service and she saids it takes up to 8 weeks?! Never heard that length of time before, even during Covid. Also she wanted to charge me $240 for re-order instead of $200 due to “it’s coming from NZ instead of UK”, even thought I can still order for $200 on website. I balked, then wait 8 weeks before filing claim. Everything sounds very very fishy.
So, here I am at 6 weeks. Its never has it taken this long. Even during Covid. And I ready need my meds. So, I will call again. Let’s see what they say now.
