And I am already very pleased with the Pioneer Pro -- with the supplied battery, and a single 20,000 mAh power bank, I can keep my medication at 45F for almost 18 hours, at ambient temperatures of mid-70s. More than I need for my trips from the US to various African destinations.

The unit is working well. We are not using it for diabetic medicine but for other medicines. The medicine has a narrow range of temp from 68-77 with short dips to 59 degrees F okay. This is a load off our minds.

Contacted company about possibly defective product from Amazon after following instructions exactly (the hours they advertise the biogel lasting at certain temperatures did not match up with multiple tests performed with my industrial grade temperature and humidity sensors). To extend the hours of the gel pack longer, the company sent me a usb lid. Because I will be primarily relying on the gel pack for upcoming travel, using this lid seems like a good option to extend the pack for the hours I need when I have access to electricity. Because the right temperature is so important to keep medications safe, it was crucial to make sure that the product would last for enough hours at the right temperature range. I strongly urge anyone buying this type of equipment from ANY company to do full testing (put an industrial grade temperature/humidity sensor, such as tempi.fi, inside the device and time how long the device stays at the 36F to 46F range) before actually using it with your expensive and life-saving medication (you never know if devices have manufacturing defects, were damaged in shipping, or whether there was an issue with how the warehouses stored them). Also, I strongly urge everyone to not only have plan A but plan B and C just in case travel plans get delayed or access to a freezer or electricity is unavailable. I’m grateful the company troubleshooted my problem/concerns and sent me the usb lid to use as a plan B. Overall, good company offering good products. Just test everything ahead of time to make sure everything is safe and stress-free for traveling.

Very prompt service email follow-up as soon as I realised that the colour I had ordered was not available. It was a follow-up voice message. It was a follow-up email and the delivery was very very prompt. Very very happy.

Although the carrier made an error in noting my item was delivered to another unit, which they only received 2 items they ordered, the response from the 4allfamily customer service was great. I received prompt next day replies.
After noting the carrier showed proof of another unit as proof of delivery, the company sent a replacement item so I would have it in time for an upcoming trip.
I received it today and am relieved and overjoyed!
I know I can count on 4allfamily if I need to purchase anything in the future.

The help I received was not only cordial and attentive, but very considerate. I had hoped to get parts for the cooler that broke shortly after my purchase. However, being able to purchase another at a discounted price was a nice gesture. Thank you. One other note on the performance of the product. Last trip, I did an experiment. I have a temperature recording device I use. I left the cooler out after returning home to see how long it would hold an acceptable temperature. It was very reassuring to know that the temperature rise above 46°F with the gel pack did not happen until 38 hours later! This was mostly in 60 to 70° temperatures but I still find that performance above and beyond and way more than I expected. Thank you again for this wonderful device. I am very happy I found it.
