Unprofessional. Made an order but a few items were out of stock so my order was on hold until the rest of the items arrived. While awaiting the rest of my order Mechanical Keyboards decide to sell the product that was in stock to another customer when I had already paid for said item. When asked about the eta of the order they said they were still awaiting the out of stock item and that everything else was on hold. They then ship out the order without the main item in the order (the keyboard), I did not find out that it was sold to someone else until confronted about it. When asked what they can do when I was already patiently waiting for 5 months already, they only offered a refund. Usually i'd take the refund but they are the only supplier in the United States with that product and now I am blacklisted from shopping with them.

Everyone report them to the BBB! Until I get a refund this will be every week from me

their websites set up to make a customer think something is in stock or will be in a few days, then they push it back 2 months.
I've had three experiences with MK.com, Do NOT do preorders, if its in stock be wary because they might bait and switch and make you wait 2 months for new stock, the incoming stock page is a Complete and utter lie.

The company blocked me on Twitter, lied about delivery date, lied about available stock, and they have VERY inexperienced and useless staff. Better of buying an Anne Pro for $80 off of Amazon. Please beware when buying from the site.

Charged 25 dollars for shipping than tried to extract another 20 for import fees. The company is tiger imports. I called to discuss the charges and overpriced delivery fee. Than after the phone call the next day they pulled the delivery back. I than tried to call them today only to be met with hostility and he explained because I mentioned the american express

Hi guys just want to share my experience when I ordered the one r2 mini keyboard from darwin australia, it was easy to order online and only took just over 10days to arrive and I was always updated on the order thanks well done.

Terrible store, inexperienced and just wasting my time, they cancelled all my orders and said unconfirmed address, really terrible store.

sent me a faulty keyboard and refused to replace it or fix and to this day im mad.

I live in Denmark, Europe and ordered this keyboard on December 5th where shipping said 10 to 28 workdays and knowing that i ordered i the Christmas month i took into account that some delay may happen because of the holidays and such. i got my product on January 4th which, when factoring in the holidays, the product arrived well within the predicted shipping time and in perfect condition even though i bought a returned product. All in all positive experience and im looking forward to using their services again in the future.
