This bingo site is questionable at best.
Just played favourites game for 2 hours, £200 pound spent... Maximum tickets purchased, every game. Managed to win £1.83 on share of 1 to go, and £8.42 on one game.
Meanwhile, same player names cropped up 3,4, even 5 times with house prizes...
Not impressed, doubt the whole set up im afraid.

Been a Mecca club member for over 40 years and recent years online.
Been playing and depositing ok no verification . I filled in a customer questionnaire asking me what my limits are and they have since blocked my account until I send proof of income and where my deposits are coming from. To do with laws I assume. But I’m not sending them they can close my account. They didn’t want any proof ever before! I’m wondering if they ask in club players for proof of income! The gambling guidelines definitely favour the operators. They should ask for verification and deposit means before taking your money. My biggest beef is the rtp % which gives an unclear representation of your winning potential, but that’s ok to openly mislead players, the gaming board don’t mind that! Bye bye Mecca 👋

Awful site claims fair chance bingo quite assure it isn’t! As for the slots that’s a joke could spend £60 before you even get a bonus and that’s all for a 4-8pence return! Needs looking at

I have been a member of mecca for years playing online bingo for fun not to be scamed after they changed the layout it was disappointing was in the chat room after playing and people saying same people are winning I came up with a theory that mecca have made up numerous accounts and these are the accounts that are winning therefore mecca keep all of the money plus they kept taking money from my account not giving me tickets,when I put this theory forward they permanently blocked me .think I hit on a nerve then they rang me to say they were worried about my mental health and my addiction trying to make an excuse as to why they blocked me,I can assure you all I am of very sound mind.

Since they've swapped to their new site, it takes ages to load and when I click on "view all bingo games" it doesn't load. I've deleted the cookies in my browser a hundred times but still the same problem. Bring back the old site?!

On 31/10/2025 deposit £111.00s on Mecca Bingo.
Went straight on Lucky Larry's Lobstermania Slingo and did 50p stakes and played sensible and not paying for extra spins.
In £11.00s i got the fist picks on Slingo line 5 about 3 times and won next to nothing.
I then decided to change game as Lucky Larry's Slingo was just dead spin.
Went on Bobs Fishing Slingo and played 40p stakes and 20p stakes and it was insultingly dead spins, so did a few extra spins and wasted money.
With being down £20-30.00s i decided to change game.
Went on Piggy Bank Slingo and guess what ?
Dead spins, no numbers or pay lines, did a few extra spins and nothing.
Then went on Fluffy favourites progressive jackpot slot on 10p stakes and dead spin nothing lol
So i thought the spins were random lol
So changing to various slots it's random to lose on all of them ?

Awful and totally boring slot play. Not a fair game to be had on the whole site. Taking every penny you have put on is what mecca are all about. Used to be fair and good fun not any more. Pushing customers away seems to be the new theme.

My account has been archived half way through playing was told my deposit left on there would be refunded now the thieving scammers are asking for documents and a pic of me holding said documents and asked what I planned to do with the whole £7.
Baron or what ever his real name is did not deviate from his script no matter what I said. I am going to trading standards and the police as they have stolen my money . Steer well clear of this site if I could give no stars I would! Customer service chat is awful.

I am a long term online customer to Mecca Bingo & Mecca Games & have always had smooth transactions until today! So around 12 noon I deposited £500 which I often do, just in case I play longer or lose some & try to win it back. When I have a decent win I often think ok ill have that & withdraw my funds again. Today I am playing a slot game on 60p per spin for over 30 minutes then all of a sudden a message says my account is locked & to contact support. Jack from support came on the live chat literally stating my account has been closed permanently & for good & the rest of my £500 deposit will be donated to a third party charity. He refused to give any reason what so ever & said it is within his rights not to tell me anymore. He blatantly suggest I have committed fraudulent activity in some way or breached all the rules although I was simply playing a slot game by clicking my mouse on my pc! I want answers & I want my money back & then if you wish you can close my account forever as I would never trust them again after today. They should of NOT let me deposit £500 today or play any slot games if I am being accused of anything or my account is being investigated but they did! I have phoned them up also & they say my account is still under a review but a review for what ? If there is any kind of issue a phone call or email would not have gone a miss as they do sometimes send the occasional email asking if everything is ok with my spending etc. The guy on live chat called 'Jack' so very rude & spoke to me without any care or professionalism what so ever. I demand my money returning to my bank account as the only people committing an offence of any kind is Mecca themselves.

Absolute ripp off. Been playing this site for years. Since we now are forced to use new layout ur lucky to win. But plenty of repeat winners. Same names day in day out. Its like the rest of us pay just to watch these to which I think are bots winning.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Been with Mecca for years. Last time I had a decent win was March 2023. Now I’m lucky to get past £200 and play almost every day and don’t deposit £20 either. All UK slots are so heavily stacked against the player now. It’s all about maximising sites profits. The daily spinner is a waste of time I always end up declining anything I win on there. I don’t play bingo so can’t really comment but whenever I have it’s the same winners constantly. I’m presuming it’s the same winners across their slots too coz they just take from me. More than obvious winnings are capped for me anyway. Awful gone downhill massively.

Played a new slots game 60p a spin and played it for a bit then I got the bonus spins. The game went to bonus spins told me to hit play to start then a error message came up and game stopped. Kept trying to reload game but kept loading to point were it said play spins then error again. I reported it to support sent pic and they said would look into it. 2 weeks later game is working no error but not been compensated for loss of bonus and just being ignored now despite phoning up. Replied to their email which came back and said it had gone to their spam box send different email. Big con like taking your money but don't want to know if things go wrong.

Do not open an account with mecca bingo online. If you win money they will lock you out of your account. And ask for loads of verification documents. And they never reply to you even when you have provided them. They just rip people off and are nothing but scammers who just take people's money.
