Mecca Bingo App clashes half way through the game and takes you credit but you can not see the spin as the game kick you out the app closes totally. I have had this issue before and I raised the issue to customer service and they couldn't do anything about it nor refund me the funds. It happen again for several times coupe days ago, i raised the issue and i told them clearly that I have followed all the steps requested like: deleting the app, clearing the chases/cookies re downloading the app , turning my phone off and re starting it and all that but it still happened and the Clown sent me the same list of to do again. Not sure if they playing the imbecile or they actually are one as I have been as clear as I possibly can with the issues/dates/name of the game/ amount bet/the time when issue happen and that I have done all the list requested to try and solve this out but again this is just waste of time as well as you can see they ether dont care to reply to their reviews or they ask them to contact customer support to which they are useless on helping.

My friend came up from Yorkshire to play bingo at Mecca Gateshead she couldn’t believe how rude some of the staff were the lady who calls board bingos all so the same person was shouting over to the other box to one of the staff when the link bingo was in . I am not impressed at all as a 76 pensioner I am very deaf and wear hearing aids and when she tells you what colour is free I cannot hear her as she is not clear. I did not enjoy my evening out at Mecca bingo Gateshead also where the counters are are filthy full of food and just disgusting many people use these so the containers they sit in should be cleaned often . Some of your staff do not make you feel welcome especially the caller so won’t be bringing my friend from Yorkshire again there is no atmosphere you should send your staff to Buzz bingo at metro centre all the staff are so nice and helpful.

Entered several big Jacpot games today online and won nothing.0.00p :(

Played 2 games on sunday, bigger piggy bank and bigger piggy christmas bank and both were paying quite well. Then suddenly couldnt get into either of them an error code came up saying reload. It remained all day and is still doing it today. There is no help just says go to settings etc. However I went to another site and both were playing fine so nothing to do with my equipment its mecca that did it. So 2 of my fave games can no longer play. You need to get some proper helplines.

Shocking site! I spent £350 on 1 slot game and then I had spent my net limit! Didn’t even win a £1.00.

Last week seeing fat boy , it’s all a scam only played 2 bingo ripped us off the the 3rd bingo as they didn’t play it ,,,,, bar prices went up just because of that night , normally change £13 for a bottle of wine went up to £20 , really you can get that cheap wine in a local shop for £3.99 ,,,, never go here again as this place is a rip off

Absolute joke of a company,charges double the amount for tickets and doesnt give you any tickets and when you ring customer service they say we cant see any fault on our end absolutely shocking site and shocking customer service

Awful app every time I get tickets for an online game the app goes down very suspicious

So that is the last time I will be playing on Mecca Bingo online.
I have been a member of Mecca Bingo for around 20 years. Attend both in clubs and play on line.
On Saturday 7th February 2026 I was award 50p bonus which I used on the Fruit Shop game. I managed to get a free spin feature and accumulated approx. £9 something.
Then the screen basically said i had no balance and the winnings were not showing.
I contacted support. And was told that a query had been raised with the tech team.

I have no heard any for a few day to contact again today Tuesday 10th Feb, to be told that the technical team need 10 to 15 working days to resolve it.

Now why??? Does it take that long. Apparently they may need to contact the game provider.
However, really deposits and spins are all instant. As soon a you want something from them its long delays.

I the been disappointed in Mecca for a while now. Even more so now.
And my play will be stopping.

No reward for my 20 years of loyalty. On other site they treat you better.
No reward for nothing!

Really awful payouts. I would say you will need to spend £500+ to have any chance of a feature in the games, especially eyes of Horus. Absolute con and a rip off!! Do not use this site people

The change in the amount of tickets in each room is shocking, whoever is stupid enough to buy max tickets needs tor realise its not worth it for the full house prize in most rooms now! Pure greedy from mecca, but still the same names always winning in the same rooms, this site needs shut down

Following registration, I duly deposited £5 expecting the promotion to be applied, but it didn’t happen. So, silly me deposited a further £5 thinking I’d messed up somehow. Progressed to play the slots game where my money dwindled super quick, with no wins.

Edit!!!! it is now 2 weeks later and still I have had absolutley no response from mecca bingo, despite me sending over all the evidence, screenshots etc. I am 72 years old, I can't be bothered going back and forward every day, to keep being met with the same response " just wait another day or 2 and someone will be in touch" at this rate I'll be dead before anyone gets back to me 🙄. Please sort it out mecca bingo.

I contacted mecca regarding an issue I experienced while playing one of their games on Monday, namely big bass splash.
During gameplay, I triggered a bonus feature after the free spins. However, immediately afterwards a message appeared saying “game error” and I was logged out of my account. When I logged back in, the winnings from the bonus round had not been credited to my balance.

I have immediatley contacted customer support by phone, and I was advised to send screenshots of what happened. Which I did do, I have heard absolutley nothing back from them, they do not appear to be the quickest when it comes to the customer experiencing problems. I am a long term customer of mecca bingo and as it stand at this moment to give a better understand my total loss with this site is £6,073.31 yet they can't even try and help me recoup missing winnings of a measley £120.40p.. I am extremely disappointed in the time it is taking them to look at this issue as the proof is all there.

Probably the worst bingo game I've EVER spent money on.. it's blatantly not fair however you try and sugar coat it

Please read the one star reviews of this place before parting with your money , deposit regularly for over 7 months , for bingo games . No returns AT ALL !
Tonight thought I would have one last attempt at it , joined the mega “everyone wins “ jackpot bingo game!
Logged back in and account still at zero !
