New manager Dan, I told him we had been waiting the whole 25 minute break to try and get into the casino, and no one knew anything about doing the cash match vouchers
First give it to Amoy, no clue what it was he passed it on to Sarah, who went off for 10 minutes saying she couldn’t find who does them, that’s when I spoke to Dan the manger wo said they were having a few problems, and I said yes you’ve been having them since December so it’s not a new thing. He said it will get sorted, but I told him 25 mins is too long, as we have now missed the break between bingo to actually play. He finally got Lewis to sort it, but far too late.
Few weeks they said the casino was getting mini upgrade, it’s not changed at all.
I wouldn’t recommend using this club for casino as you will be just wasting your time

I have been going to the mecca birkenhead for over 20 years, i have won in that time approx £100 if that, you have no chance on the books, total waste of money, i suggest people should stay at home, and go online casinos, id say you always win 90 percent of the time.never again. Absolutely awful.

Absolutely ridiculous. Same winners every day. Same names winning on JP. Get banned from chat if you say anything. Not had a win in several months but yet you see same winners. Always same people winning big amounts no matter how many are playing

Nothing more than a legalised scam, same winners day in day out multiple times a day, little cliques in the chat rooms that make you feel like you can’t say anything in them. If you went to a bingo hall and the same person won every game there would be a riot I’m sure. I've had a lot of problems with this company over the last couple of years. Customer service is some off the worst I've experienced anywhere. They rarely read or understand queries properly and don't seem to want to help at all. The answer nearly always "we can't do anything about it".

They are promoting fake promotions, after viewing on their website a promotional offer to new members with a £5 free bingo credit no deposit required with the code 0M7B89.

I entered the code on the bingo lobby and it said the code was invalid and doesn't exist and to contact a number. I got hold of support and was talking to someone called Curtis for him to explain that they do no offer such a promotion and that I shouldn't be going onto other sites for promotions when this promotion is from their website. he then explained I must deposit and enter my bank details to be saved. I know that this is all Mecca bingo wants is your information. Your address and your bank account and when you go to close the account they will explain how they have to retain and keep your information even though you want to close the account they will save it all. Be very careful to everyone using this site as they will save your information and they are promoting fake promotional offers. I've contacted the ombudsman.
