Very worthwhile report from Meadow Consultants. Report is detailed, thorough and everything is explained so that it's easy to understand. Great customer service and helped us make a decision on the property.

Meadow Consultants recently did a home-buyers (level 2) report for us, we were very impressed by how thorough it was and found it very informative. Not only did it give us a good understanding of the property, but its level of detail allowed us to make an informed decision about our purchase.

We'd read the reviews before deciding to go with Meadow Consultants, and they were even better than we expected.

The report was detailed, well explained, and lots of photos to show exactly what the state of different parts of property were like.

The service we received from everyone at the company, from the office staff to the surveyor, was top notch from start to finish and was worth every penny.

We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and using them again!

Excellent communication and customer service. I received the report within a couple of days of the survey. The level 2 survey was thorough and comprehensive [64 pages - inc photographs], far beyond what I was expecting. Invaluable document when making such a significant purchase. I highly recommend Dave Crean and his team.

Meadow Consultants were very quick to reply to our initial enquiries about getting a survey done on a house and what level survey would be best. The cost of the survey was very competitive compared to other companies in the area and Meadow Consultants were able to carry out the survey within two weeks (other companies had noted it could be 4-5 weeks, with an additional week to receive the report).
We received the Homebuyer report within a few days of the survey being carried out. The report itself is very easy to read and understand. It includes lots of pictures showing you exactly what they are talking about in each section, so you can visually see any areas of concern/recommended maintenance that you may not have noticed when viewing the house.
Overall we have had a very positive experience with Meadow Consultants and would definitely recommend them. As first time buyers their report has given us piece of mind about the property we are buying.

First class surveyor came to do a level 2 survey. It was more like a level 3. The report he provided was extremely comprehensive. On the basis of his survey I made the decision not to proceed with my house purchase potentially saving a lot of money.

I would highly recommend this company. The written survey report came back within three days. The surveyor was prepared to answer continued questions and I was reassured by his professional ism and ability to explain complex issues in layman's terms.

David Crean carried out a Specific Defect Report for us earlier this year and was not only thorough in his findings, but was also very happy to talk us through things over the telephone and has also answered follow up questions via email on more than one occasion. Meadow Consultants have definitely gone the extra mile and I can't recommend them highly enough.

expected, the report was detailed and informative quoting building regulations at the required points.
As a result of the report I cancelled the purchase of a property that I was keen on, so now looking for another. When I find one, this same company will be called on to survey it.

Extremely professional service, home buyers survey was very thorough and let me know exactly what to expect, and gave me views of the house/internals which could not be achieved simply by viewing the property.
Communications were very rapid and obviously taken seriously, whilst also being polite and helpful.
The personalised 80+ page report was finished and sent to me ONE working day after the survey being undertaken (surveyed Friday, received the report the following Monday), literally couldn't ask for better service.
