I got recommended MCL through our mortgage broker. This is the second time I have used MCL in past few months after first house sale fell through. I had no reservations on who to contact for my next property (hopefully my last) and they have on both occasions been speedy in All correspondence, squeezed us in when there was a cancellation, supportive, answered endless questions - giving detailed and clear reports with photos to verify their statements. I will recommend them to anyone moving in the future and in comparison to other company quotes there report was ready in a speedy time scale, and good value for money

I recently had a Level 3 survey carried out by Meadow. My entire experience with them has been nothing short of amazing. During my initial chat Lucy was happy to provide me with all the info that I wanted. Prior to the survey, I was able to have a phone chat with David (the surveyor) and he was able to give me further detail about some things. On the day of the survey, having arranged with David in advance, I turned up to the site just as he was finishing up the survey. He walked me around the house and gave me a very informative and helpful summary of the main concerns etc. The report arrived by the end of that week, within the indicated timeframe. The report itself was very detailed, clear and contained numerous helpful pictures that were accompanied by detailed explanations. David was happy for me follow up with him by phone and answer some questions I had about some parts of the report, I found that to be a very helpful conversation. During all my interactions with David (and his other colleagues at Meadow) I found him to be professional, thorough, and patient. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Meadow for your home survey!

The level 2 survey carried out by David was really thorough and contained lots of photos, some of which were taken using a drone. The detail he provided went beyond what I was expecting.

I had a few concerns when I first read the report but after phoning David and talking through various elements I felt reassured and now know what steps I need to take going forward.

Lucy, Phil and David from Meadow Consultants were a joy to deal with the start to the end on a process that can be stressful, especially where subsidence is potentially involved, as was the case with our prospective purchase. A can-do attitude was apparent from the start, even though we were asking them to travel further from their base than normal.

I was impressed how they listened to, and noted, my concerns ahead of the survey. The survey itself was by far the best survey I have read (having moved several times) both on the issue of subsidence and on all the other regular issues too. Clear, easy-to-understand explanations were accompanied by photos and David was happy to give a further explanation by phone of parts that I wanted to know a little bit more about. And on risks, there was a useful estimate of how much work might cost in the short, medium and longer term.

I would thoroughly recommend Meadow Consultants to anyone who wants to take the stress out of having a survey done.

Excellent service provided, i requested a report on a propery i am purchasing. The timescales were excellent in carrying out the work and receiving the report. The report was very detailed and will come of use in years to come. Also great that you can ask any follow up questions, they are there when needed.

Had a level 2 survey done on a property we were purchasing. Turnaround was quick and the whole process was so easy. Report is easy to read and basically explains everything to you, even if you have any questions they answered straight away! Highly recommend.
