Quick responses to emails. Well priced for a Level 2 survey. Lots of information given prior to choosing the survey. Appreciated that only a small fee would be due if cancelled far enough in advance to the survey rather than the full survey fee.

Meadow provided excellent communication regarding finances before the survey. Kayleigh completed the survey on the agreed upon date. She emailed over an extremely thorough report within the expected time frame and my husband and I were very impressed on the details she managed to capture in the survey. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Meadow or Kayleigh again!

Our home had subsidence and Meadow was appointed as consultants to oversee checking of cracks over time, compiling a works schedule, liaising with the insurance company's loss adjustor and appointing a building company.

I was very impressed with the clear and thorough Level 3 survey report I received from Meadow Consultants. The report highlighted several issues to me, which helped me to make a decision about whether to proceed a house purchase. David also was really helpful in talking me through the report after I'd received it and answering my questions.

Did a level 3 survey with meadows Consultants, unlike other surveyors, they provided good detail and good opinions on the state of the property. Some surveyors are extremely vague and hesitant to give any conclusions.

They were so organised. They were the only company we enquired with that went the extra mile and looked up the listing and sent us a whole PDF document with a full breakdown. They've been a delight to deal with and if we ever move again we'll be going with them once more!

We found Meadow Consultants through the RICS register, and selected them mainly due to their positive reviews and availability. I am a Chartered Civil Engineer, and can attest that David and his team were true professionals. He was able to undertake the RICS Level 3 survey on an Edwardian 100yrs old house priced at approx. GBP1million within a week of me contacting him. David spent time listening to my concerns before the survey, and then undertook a very detailed survey which identified a range of additional issues. He gave me a detailed verbal summary of all of these issues, was very flexible and even offered to discount the cost of the report if I decided not to go through with the sale, which I didn't. I would definitely use Meadow Consultants again due to all of the above reasons.

Very much rate Meadows after our positive experience with them. They were quick to respond to queries and managed to book in a survey the following week, despite other surveyors having a 2 to 3 week lead in time. They kept us in the loop the whole time and produced a thorough survey. They were slightly later than expected with the report but apologised and worked the morning of a bank holiday to get it to us in good time. Would definitely use Meadows again.
