Dr. Donald Delwood takes an amazing amount of time to discuss your concerns and his recommendations. I love how he explains conditions in layman's terms and uses visuals on the screen in the treatment room. He truly CARES about his patients. I can't imagine going back to a regular office where you are shoved out the door after 10 minutes during a annual wellness exam.

I take my health seriously. I exercise daily & eat healthy. MDVIP is like having my own private doctor. Someone who takes the time talk and answer questions and doesn't treat me like a number only to rush me out of the room so he can see his next patient. I value the one on one time I have with my doctor and I know if I ever have any questions or concerns he's a direct phone call away.

Dr Koh and his staff are amazing .. we are so grateful to be under their care .. thank you so much..

Dr. Hilty is truly a one of a kind doctor.
He takes the time to really listen and never make me feel rushed. I always leave appointments feeling supported, and cared for. He combines compassion with thorough, thoughtful care—and I’m so grateful to have found him.

Some of the veteran internists at MDVIP are first class. Those signing up recently, not so much. They are not chosen for excellence; they are chosen because they can afford to purchase a practice or because Goldman Sachs Asset Management wants the revenue from the practice. The software at MDVIP.com is rudimentary; the Athena application is just plain awful compared to MyChart that Mayo and many others use. Fees are rising: new physician entrants, many near retirement, are charging $4000 per year, double the historical fees. Very likely MDVIP will be flipped soon to another private equity outfit and the service will be like what has happened to OneMedical under Amazon ownership. Be wary. Research docs carefully.

I could not ask for more from a family doctor. Dr. Metzger has always been available to me in a timely manner whenever I’ve had a medical issue of any kind. When I am in his office, he gives me all the time I need, listens to me, and makes recommendations that always seem to be right. I trust him completely. His office staff is a pleasure to work with, polite, professional, friendly, and caring.

My primary doc has been great! Always has time to explain things and follow up on them, and is also great in making good referrals. I also had an opportunity to use and MDVIP doctor when I was out of town and they were also very helpful and didn't charge me a penny.

More time was given to me than I thought I would be available have.

Dr. Jacqueline Romero is a superlative, caring, loving and exceptional physician. Her level of service is beyond expectation. In my 75 years, I have never know or met a better doctor! HOWEVER, the recent drastic increase in the MDVIP annual fees are way out of line to what should be a more reasonable price increase.

I like the fact that the doctors participating with MDVIP have limited the number of patients they have. This makes them much more accessible and they can spend more time with patient apportments. I never feel I'm rushed. The Portal works great and allow for very fast communications. I really feel I'm getting get care.

He’s kind very, very knowledgeable and has assisted me for many years with many many issues. I have the upmost confidence in Dr. Cajator and the MDVIP plan.

Goldman Sachs - owner of MDVIP - is simply stealing from patients and doctors with their new price structure. Currently Goldman takes 30% or more of all membership fees which can equate to $600 to $1200 dollars a year for patients while the fee increases at over $100 a year. Individual patients receive absolutely nothing for this amount of money. What to do?
Ask your doctor to stop increasing their membership fee. Goldman Sachs wants ALL doctors' membership fees to be at $2500 or more with annual $100+ increases every year.
Ask your doctor for a scholarship which provides all the services of MDVIP at little or no cost to a patient for at least a year.
Work out a payment program with the doctor to avoid the exorbitant Goldman Sachs' fees.
Please share with any MDVIP patients/members so we can all lower these outlandish member fees.

MDVIP has been a lifesaver for our family. I love the extra screenings that I get each year that detected an issue that would have been missed with just the normal physical. I know now that I need to be extra diligent with my diet and exercise. It's a great program.

went with MDVIP to keep a doctor we liked and could not be more unhappy with the organization. We moved to another state and have been asking for our medical records for 4 months with no response after multiple attempts We cannot get a primary care doctor without our records and they couldnt care less - this place is a money making scam for the doctors and MDVIP - the patients get nothing from this- You'd be better off putting your money through a shredder, at least you'd know where it is

This is NOT VIP healthcare. It is simply a method to see a doctor in a fairly short period of time. They offer no additional health and wellness support on an ongoing basis. I joined because I needed quick access to a specialist. My VIP doctor had no pull over any specialists and was not even affiliated with a hospital. It takes several weeks to get an appointment. That is faster than my previous doctor. However, my VIP doctor has no idea who I am at each visit, does not listen at all to my medical issues and ends with everything's fine, see you in 6 months. I ended up flying to Europe for my operation. That's how bad it got.

Think again before joining this Healthcare Industrial Complex outfit.
After four quarterly payments which met my contract obligation and informing them on my last $500 payment with written correspondence they continued to send me bills afterwards, 5 months now and 2 more bills with the same correspondence and it continues.
I will not answer their phone calls and listen to their crap.I informed them a couple months before the last quarter that the fourth payment would be the last as I found an other Dr who is more holistic and quite pleased with.

I was with a doctor for several years, and changed to MDVIP to stay with her for almost 20 years. She was excellent and everything an MDVIP doctor is supposed to be. Caring, concerned, responsive, always available. I had no complaints ever. I would give her five stars plus!! Then MDVIP forced her to retire. Forced two women experienced doctors to leave the practice and replaced them with a young guy, who is not interested, looks at his watch the whole time he's in your appt., does not respond to messages. As soon as I find another doctor I will be leaving MDVIP.

Very disappointed, Dr Jeremy Smith is right out of med school, took over his fathers practice....as a long time RN, I would say currently he needs more education and experience .MDVIP should not have doctors with less than 10 yr experience. My annual physical, i was not put in patient gown , notes reflected a lot of incorrect information which was vital for my health.
I'm not confident in his decisions on treatment, given incorrect diagnosis whereI did not need biofeedback I needed surgery which I had to find a provider and arrange.I am a long time RN, I had to manage my own care, find my own referrals as he is not familiar with area. I have complex medical issues which I felt he could not handle and I did not trust him.
I am not paying MDVIP to teach a doctor. I found a better doctor, no wait for appt and more experienced. MDVIP is a waste of money.

My PCP switched to MD VIP. While the fee is high, I like my dr so much I went along with it. My dr kept his practice small and I get fabulous service. He sees me when I need him, they get me in to see specialists sooner if needed, he goes to battle with the insurance companies when they deem a procedure " not medically necessary " and look after my heath diligently and thoroughly. I have his personal cell number and in a couple of emergencies I have called him and gotten much needed advice.
In turn he has called me to check in afterwards to see how I was faring.

I see the negative reviews and it seems that unless you already have a relationship with a dr who then joins md vip it will be incumbent upon the you,patient, to vet the dr, the practice and the service to see if it will meet your needs. Like buying any expensive product extensive research is needed to be guaranteed satisfaction.
